Further Comments: the hotel was ideally situated for the transport links i required i.e.mainline train station and metro also city centre only a few minutes walk.

Good Points: Comfortable and good value for money for the stay.
Bad Points: The toilet was not clean. It had used toilet paper in the pan, and pubic hair on the toilet seat.

Bad Points: Broken and defective lights in room.
Further Comments: Generally good modern place to stay staff are friendly and helpful. Public areas of the hotel are spacious and well laid out. Very convenient to city centre. Peaceful relaxed atmosphere. Could pay more attention to upkeep of lighting fixtures in room as two side lights were defective and main light had periodic buzzing sound which was annoying. Other than that was a pleasant hotel to stay in.

Good Points: Excellent TV in room, Excellent Breakfast.
Bad Points: Broken cold tap in shower - had to use another room. Also Fire Alarm kept going off outside my room.
Further Comments: This is a good hotel - and I will definately stay again. However I feel that the rooms should be properly checked before being reused. The tap not working was a big inconvenience and received no apology from reception - I had to ask to use another room - common sense should tell you to offer another room.
