Good Points: Value for money, clean accommodation, peace & quiet and friendliness of staff in the bar area.
Bad Points: Stale smoke smell around the hotel
Further Comments: Very pleased, would recommend this hotel chain and stay in them again. Ability to book online and find out availability immediately was very important.

Good Points: The hotel was very attractive and comfortable
Bad Points: As with most hotels the walls were quite thin but it wasn't a major problem.
Further Comments: The receptionist was outstanding. So friendly and helpful! Overall, a very nice hotel and great value for money. Only complaint might be that the breakfast was mostly just warm.

Good Points: The standard of room and layout was great
Further Comments: I feel that the whole procces of booking on line and the information available was excellent. The hotel staff were helpful and the bar food and entertainment all great.

Good Points: Very clean and quiet, not to small for the money.
Bad Points: The cold tap did not work in the basin. No problem, iwe used the bath tap.
Further Comments: This hotel was booked in a rush as it was a last minute decision to go away, so I was happy to find a good quality hotel at a good price. The staff were very helpful and nothing was a problem for them. A very plesent experience as i have been to some not so plesent places. Thank you.

Good Points: Clean, comfortable, hot water and shower, bar
Bad Points: thin walls, could hear some one having a pee next room
Further Comments: Over all it was a very good hotel, friendly staff, nice bar, good room, warm , comfortable, everything I needed. Just didn't like being woken up by the person in the next room having a pee, using the toilet

Good Points: Nice room, good bar downstairs, friendly helpful staff. Plenty of car parking.

Bad Points: Bed sheets were dirty, but staff were very prompt in changing them. They explained that they were having problems with the laundry, but dirty sheets should not have been put on the bed.
Further Comments: Although there was a problem, the staff were very efficient in sorting it out. Apart from this minor problem excellent value for money. We will definately stay again.

Good Points: Price and proximity to railway station.
Further Comments: A very pleasant hotel which is close to a minor but well-served railway station. There are basic amenities in the immediate area, although no major attractions on the doorstep, but it can be used as a convenient base for touring much of southern England and is only about an hour from central London by train. Excellent breakfast, especially considering some of the very low prices charged for rooms.

There are basic amenities in the immediate area, although no major attractions on the doorstep, but it can be used as a convenient base for touring much of southern England and is only about an hour from central London by train. Excellent breakfast, especially considering some of the very low prices charged for rooms.

Good Points: the bed was firm and comfortable, ironing board and iron, hair dryer also good. ample car parking, right next to railway station.
Bad Points: couldn't raise the volume on the tv so nigh on impossible to hear programmes
Further Comments: bathroom needs a bit of tlc, shower head coated in lime scale, line of limescale in toilet from continual dribble of water from cistern. bits of toilet paper stuck on wall beside toilet pan.

Good Points: The bedroom, hotel and its facilities were excellent. Very clean and modern. Menus varied, food and service outstanding. Helpful and friendly staff. Nothing was too much trouble. We would definitely recommend to friends and relatives - 10/10
