Good Points: The quality and furnishing of the accommodation was very superior. We were made very welcome by all the staff. The continental breaksfast was the best we've ever had.
Bad Points: Nothing.

Good Points: We arrived having booked a superior room and for some reason were given a whole cottage that sleeps 6!! Fantastic!!

Further Comments: The guest house is in a great location and within easy reach of the brecon beacons. There are two fairly good pubs in walking distance and the guest house itself is set in lovely, well kept grounds. The staff were very hospitably and the breakfast was excellent with such a variety of choice. If visiting the area again i would stay at this guest house

Good Points: The people who work here are very helpfull and friendly. The rooms are very clean. And the breakfast was excellent.

Further Comments: We had a very nice time in the guesthouse. The staff is very friendly and made us feel right at home! The breakfast is excellent and rooms are very clean. There is also a fantastic view on the Brecon Beacon Park. Lovely place to stay in!

Good Points: Obviously a very popular place -bed and breakfast accommodation was full, although we had booked - so we were offered a four bedroomed house, on site, as an alternative - which was excellent. Also the breakfast served was first class and staff very attentive.
Further Comments: The only problem - we arrived late in the afternoon to find the guest house locked, with a notice to phone or to seek help at the property nearby - gentleman came immediately to let us in. We would definitely stay here again if we were in the area. Reccommended pub nearby served a delicious evening meal - only a short distance away.

Further Comments: Thoroughly recommend this B&B. Spacious, clean and the staff were just wonderful, nothing was too much trouble. Excellent location for walks in the Beacons.

Good Points: Immaculate presentation. Everything from sheets and towels to carpets and curtains was like new. Beds were good.
Bad Points: Nothing really. The plumbing was amusingly vocal.

Further Comments: Everything was fantastic from the cottage to the staff. Slightly annoying that there was no mobile signal in the cottage but did get one in the main building. Its not far from Merthyr town but its a taxi ride away. I was given a number for a taxi firm who knew the farm from staff. There is a nice local pub 'The Butchers' with friendly staff and good food. Really good breakfast as well! The only pain was a short wait in the cold on check in as the housekeeper was not on site. But generally a fab stay!!

Further Comments: We needed a convenient place to stay, as we were going to Cardiff to watch the rugby international. We found it reasonably easily and transport was no problem for our journey to Cardiff. We had a good nights sleep and enjoyed a hearty breakfast the following morning. I intend to visit again later in the year with my wife to enjoy more of the immediate countryside.
