Bad Points: Standard of room/bathroom very poor
Further Comments: Staff were generally helpful and courteous, however bar area was being used by some men whose loud behaviour and foul language was a disgrace.I found this upsetting.

Bad Points: not much, hallway was in the middle of being decorated and parking cost ￃﾂￂﾣ6
Further Comments: Very pleased overall with this hotel. Staff were efficient and friendly location was great - especially if U travel by train - and the room we had was recently refurbished. Great value for money, would use again.

Bad Points: No shower only a bath. Should have been told this at time of booking

Good Points: the staff were verry frendly room was well kept and clean it was a verry nice stay and we would stay again
Bad Points: the room was cold when we got their the heating could have been terned on just one radiator would have taken the chill off
Further Comments: verry plesant and we would stay again as we like chester alot so we may be back soon

Good Points: It was easy to find and very central for what we wanted to do in Chester.
Further Comments: This hotel is clean, friendly and close to the centre of the City and to the railway station. It was excellent for what we wanted - somewhere to stay before an appointment on the following day. The staff were friendly and very helpful and offered to book taxis and to provide wake-up calls etc without prompting.

Good Points: Very close to the railway station and city centre. Good breakfasts.
Bad Points: Very small room even for a single.
Further Comments: Hotel was generally good although the bedrooms and corridors were looking tired. Admitedly some refurbishment there was taking place and I feel the room rate should have been reduced more to compensate for this.

Further Comments: we really enjoyed our stay, although the only down point was we could not use the bar facilities due to their being xmas parties.

Good Points: Clean and comfortable.
Bad Points: The outside appearance does it no credit.
Further Comments: The overall standard was good. The room was clean and comfortable, and well provisioned.The bathroom was clean and bright. The breakfast was up to most good standards. However, if we had known that there was going to be a special offer in Autumn/Winter, we might not have booked so early.Hindsight is a wonderful thing!

Good Points: Position - close to station and Chester Town Centre only a short walk
Bad Points: 1) Road outside bit noisy 2) Dripping bathroom tap (which was reported but not fixed)3) remote didn't work in room took it to reception and left it whilst out to have batteries replaced on return was told batteries OK as it worked on reception TV so took it back up but still didn't work with room TV.
Further Comments: Convenient location, staff friendly Would have expected room facilties to have been in order before we were given the room. Cleaners must have realised tap was continually dripping and remote faulty. Staff friendly For position would recommend
