| Further Comments: Staff were generally helpful and courteous, however bar area was being used by some men whose loud behaviour and foul language was a disgrace.I found this upsetting. |

| Further Comments: Very pleased overall with this hotel. Staff were efficient and friendly location was great - especially if U travel by train - and the room we had was recently refurbished. Great value for money, would use again. |

the staff were verry frendly room was well kept and clean it was a verry nice stay and we would stay again |

the room was cold when we got their the heating could have been terned on just one radiator would have taken the chill off |

It was easy to find and very central for what we wanted to do in Chester. |
| Further Comments: This hotel is clean, friendly and close to the centre of the City and to the railway station. It was excellent for what we wanted - somewhere to stay before an appointment on the following day. The staff were friendly and very helpful and offered to book taxis and to provide wake-up calls etc without prompting. |

Very small room even for a single. |
| Further Comments: Hotel was generally good although the bedrooms and corridors were looking tired. Admitedly some refurbishment there was taking place and I feel the room rate should have been reduced more to compensate for this. |

| Further Comments: The overall standard was good. The room was clean and comfortable, and well provisioned.The bathroom was clean and bright.
The breakfast was up to most good standards.
However, if we had known that there was going to be a special offer in Autumn/Winter, we might not have booked so early.Hindsight is a wonderful thing! |
