Good Points: Restaurant and the size/lay-out of the bedrooms
Further Comments: The hotel ticked all the boxes for an overnight stay. We had spent 3 days the previous week driving from Spain to London and then after a days break we drove to Swansea so we were looking for somewhere that would provide us with comfortable (and quiet) accomodation before we had to drive back to London. Our expectations were met in full - do you have any hotels in France for our return trip?

Good Points: Restaurant wide choice of food
Bad Points: creaky floors no creaky floors and no lifts
Further Comments: Notified reception that the television was faulty three times nothing was done, on rainy days and nights in room entertainment is sometimes necessary.

Good Points: comfortable,fairly well decorated
Bad Points: areas of room not clean i.e cobwebs in corners
Further Comments: pleasant staff but this hotel is more suited to business travellers rather than holidaymakers.Area was in semi industrial park but easy access to Swansea

Good Points: Good facilities, room was clean, location satisfactory.
Bad Points: Small poky room up a corner, we were not informed that accomodation would be of this kind.
Further Comments: We would like to have been informed that our room would be small, and in a corner of the courtyard, making it fairly dark.

Bad Points: Loud over zealous groups of men intent on downing large amounts of ale generating an unpleasant atmosfere.
Further Comments: Disappointed with the building services of the hotel in that of creaky walkways from the top of the stairs right along the first floor corridor. One would expect the building to be up to scratch for the money paid. Staff were on the other hand very curtious and pleasant. Management would be letting the staff down by not addressing the issues relating to the building services. Management may also consider addressing the issue of reservations being made from large groups of males/females whose sole purpose is to consume large amounts of drink distrupting the enjoyment of others.

Good Points: Friendliness of staff and the breakfast was of a very high quality.
Bad Points: Windowsin room couldn't be opened.
Further Comments: Overall a very pleasant stay - cleanliness of hotel was very good as was the breakfast. Mostbreakfast buffets tend to be cold / over cooked etc - all the food was fresh and top notch. However there was no bottled water in the rooms and no extra pillows. Apart from that it was fine.

Bad Points: nothing to dislike (internet connection should be free though... it is a necessity nowadays....many smaller hotels provide it free of cost)( wireless broadband)
Further Comments: good stay....nice people... liked the swimming pool( a bit small though).

Good Points: Adequate sized room which was clean
Bad Points: Position too far out of city and in industrial area. Unable to get a table in hotel restaurant at 9.00 on a Saturday evening, no good alternatives nearby. Basin in bathroom stained. Limited supplies in tea-making facilities. Also, there was a big wedding on the night we stayed which meant the bar area was full and noisy, plus having to queue to check out.
Further Comments: We would have liked a hotel nearer the city with restaurants etc. nearby, and would like to have known there was a big wedding on which would restrict the use of the bar and restaurant.

Good Points: Adequate large room, restaurant attached reasonably quiet.
Further Comments: Just as discribed on the internet no hidden extras. Lots of car parking (free) good size room and everything worked.
