Good Points: As the hotel was relatively small, the personal service we received was excellent. Staff very friendly and accommodating.
Bad Points: Car parking
Further Comments: The website did state that there was limited parking but I expected there to be more than a handful of spaces. Fortunately though we arrived as someone else left and it wasn't a problem. If I was staying on my own, I would not have liked to park in a carpark away from the hotel, then have to carry my luggage to the hotel. Other than that the hotel was pristine and the level of service was excellent, which made our visit even more special. I will defintely be recommending it to my friends. In summary a first class hotel.

Bad Points: We had to wait for the breakfast for an hour, and the tea and toast had gone cold by that point as we got them half an hour earlir!

Further Comments: stayed at this hotel in the past and always been pleased however just a couple of comments heating in room not functioning properly and room was cold reported this fault and noone came to fix it the breakfast room is too small we had to return three times before getting a seat all the fresh fruit had been eaten and wasnt replaced we felt our complaints were not taken seriously

Further Comments: the standard was very high and relaxed and nothing was too much trouble for the staff the the guest lounge was something else

Good Points: booking had been cancelled, however we were upgraded free of charge.
Bad Points: Receptionist was not the most friendly of people. Maintenance could be improved.
Further Comments: Apart from above, room was lovely though we did complain about the heating not working, someone came to look and said they would return but never did.

Good Points: Fantastic bedroom, great bathroom and the hotel on the whole was well presented and in a great loction in the centre of Leeds
Bad Points: Brekfast was very expensive
Further Comments: Very friendly staff and a great hotel made for a very relaxing time in a bustling city, it was a shame about the view from the window(straight into a neighbouring building) but some thngs cant be avoided. Overall a great experience.

Good Points: we have stayed at this hotel before and we know it is really comfortable.
Bad Points: Ice in the ice container in the bedroom. The breakfast menu was a bit limited for a hotel of this quality.
Further Comments: I knew this accommodation so nothing really. The room was quite small - I would like to have seen the size of the room.

Good Points: Clean, good facilities - I like having the hi-fi player in the room. The bed was one of the most comfortable that I have slept in for a long time. Excellent breakfast.
Further Comments: A pleasant hotel to stay in, with polite, friendly staff. Conveniently located for the centre of Leeds. My room was a little small, but then I was booking the hotel very late at a time when all hotels in Leeds were full.

Bad Points: The room smelt strange, musky and old - not fresh and clean as you would expect. It was not madeclear to me at booking that breakfast was not included. I was really dissappointed i then had to pay an additional ﾣ15.50 for a breakfast that was very average.
Further Comments: The a esthics of my room were grerat, but as mentioned above, it smelt musky and unclean. The fact breakfast was not included was not made clear, which meant i had to pay an additional ﾣ15.50 for a very average breakfast. I mentioned this when i checked out and there was no attempt from the receptionist for an apology or to even take on board my feedback. I would not go there again, sorry.

Good Points: A clean comfortable hotel, with impressive character.Well positioned for the attractions of the city.
Further Comments: The hotel is an old building with impressive architectural features, tastefully decorated within keeping of its characters. Very clean, comfortable with all the in room conveniances and services of a modern type hotel. An excellent base for an overnight stay. Should be aware that fitness and leisure facilites, often found in a 5 star hotel are not available here.

Good Points: Quiet, clean, comfortable, well appointed room
Bad Points: First non smoking room smelt of cigar smoke. Room was changed and was then fine. Safe never did work and we had trouble with key card which needed re programming a couple of times.
Further Comments: We have stayed at Quebecs before and enjoyed the experience. This time we were troubled my niggling problems which undermined the enjoyment. The breakfast was particularly disappointing - no meusli or porage, not very fresh fruit selection and uninspiring spreads. We generally felt that the hotel was lacking a bit of direction from the top but the staff we encountered tried to be helpful.

Good Points: Rooms are excellent and very home like.
Bad Points: They were having a problem with the door keys and I had to go back to receptions many times before they got it fixed. Very helpful though in trying to help me.
Further Comments: The hotel itself is very hard to find if you don't already know where it is. If you can believe this, it does not have any out door signs. Make sure you get exact directions on how to find it. Once you do, you will not be disappointed in the staff and hotel, they do an excellent job. If you do experience a problem, they are quick to make it right and also make it up to you.

Good Points: The room was lovely and the breakfast was also excellant.
Further Comments: The accom was excellant and doesnt warrent any negative comments from me. The only comment i will make is that when i booked thro the net the the map could have been a little better and i think it suggested 600m from the train station, in reality it is probably 200m making it even more appealing.
