Good Points: The accomodation was modern and clean and the hotel was easy to find and well situated.
Further Comments: The parking costs should have been highlighted as this addded ￃﾂￂﾣ22 to the cost of the room (we travelled independently)

Good Points: Loved the cleanliness of the room / contemporary style and fittings/ quietness of room
Bad Points: Only criticism was no bath...but it was only for one night !
Further Comments: Superb experience (from a regular hotel user )..great welcome from staff, room was not ready so was given a compliementary drink while we waited. Stayed with 2 other couples and we all had a great time. Breakfast was fab and please can we come back again ! Will be receommending to anyone staying in Birmingham

Bad Points: Small room, noisy from corridor and tvs above
Further Comments: On the whole the city inn was a positive experience. Check In was excellent & informative. The room was small, but adequate and the bed was very comfortable. The corridor was noisy at night and there was noise from above and next door especially from the TV. We were dissapointed that after we had eaten the room snacks we found that they would be charged to our account and were not complimentary - it should state that on the basket/fridge as it felt deceitful. Breakfast was an excellent array of food we were really pleased with the range and quality. The staff were helpful and polite. Our table wasn't laid up properly and we had to ask for butter knives and teaspoons but still overall we were happy.

Good Points: Cleanliness, fresh clean light n airy space. Large bed and modern, contempory decor. Facilities in room were excellent, and all in use.
Bad Points: Asked for twin room and got double......but the bed was large enough, so wasnt a major problem.
Further Comments: Included breakfast which was 8.30-11. ideal time but was extremely busy and have to wait in queue for table. Was no butter on table, jams had been used by previous diners and not replaced. Had to wait to ask for coffee, and there were not sausages ! Other than breakfast the room and rest of our stay was great.

Good Points: Well designed room, light and comfortable. Decent size fridge. Perfect venue for Royal Symphony hall and canal area.
Bad Points: No wast paper bin in main room.
Further Comments: Check in a bit muddled. They gave me booking from with somebody elses name on it. Car park nearer than expected and this was a major asset.

Good Points: The room was airy and my wife and I loved the walk in shower.
Further Comments: When we first entered the hotel , people were on hand to help with luggage with out any prompting.This high standard was maintained through out our entrie stay at the hotel. Thank you very much!!!!
