| Good Points: Large bed |
| Bad Points: Furniture marked, carpet cigarette burns, tv no remote (requested replacement and after 40 mins and a chase call - the one they brought didn't work either). Lots of maintenance faults - really just shocking. |
| Further Comments: Would absolutely not return - but the staff that I encountered were very pleasant. |

nice clean room comfartable beds etc |

felt not enough facalities in room eg, fridge and tolietries but this is a minor niggle not a major one also bar not open until 6pm as we were going out to concert it would have been nice to have a few drinks beford hand |
