The room was very shabby, toilet & sink dirty, Only one channel on TV to watch which was blurred(booking documents stated Satelite TV)No hair dryer. Shower head damaged, Heated towel rail hanging off the wall. No instructions about what to do in the event of a fire, no welcome pack(giving info about hotel or Glasgow) |

The bathroom facilities could be improved. They were relatively poor. Breakfast could be served until later. |
