Good Points: The Staff at breakfast were particularly good - going out of their way to make sure you had what you wanted.
Bad Points: Probably not enought tea/mulk/sugar in room
Further Comments: This hotel served the purpose for which we booked, comfortable, pleasant. will book again

Bad Points: we could not get a drink after midnight.12.15am.we only wanted a soft drink while waiting for other relatives to arrive told the bar was closed

Further Comments: Overall the biggest disappointment was the quality and cost of evening meal,which was very disappointing including return of vegetables with no adequate replacement available. The high cost of breakfast though the food was good my tea was served cold.The evening restaurant staff were poor with the exception of the bar staff who were very good.

Good Points: SO MANY THINGS, ITS THE FIRST TIME I'VE BEEN IN A HOTEL WITH A BED AS COMFORTABLE AS THAT, THE SHOWER WAS LOVELY I DIDNT WANT TO COME OUT.
Bad Points: THE PAY T.V HAVING TO SAY FOR EACH MOVIE CHANNEL WAS BAD, HAVING TO CHOOSE WHICH ONE I JUST GAVE UP PLUS IT TOOK TO LONG TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO USE IT.
Further Comments: MY OVERALL STAY WAS VERY GOOD THE STAFF ARE SO FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL, THE ROOM WAS SO COMFORTABLE I STAY IN WOKING A LOT AND I'M SORRY I HAVEN'T BEEN STAYING HERE. THE FOOD IS IS REALLY NICE AND NOT HIGHLY PRICED. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYBODY.

Further Comments: i came to woking to see rik mayall in the new statesman play. and had the biggest serprise of my life....and i will tell you . well i checked in at the lovely holiday inn i then went to call a lift, the lift came down the doors opened and who should come out? but the man himself yes rik mayall..he was also staying at the same hotel.it really made my stay a special one as i am i very.very big fan of Rik mayall .

Good Points: It was well located. The rooms nice and clean.
Bad Points: The air condition system was not cold enough, we felt it was just ventilation and that was uncomfortable. We had to oopen the windows to get some air.
Further Comments: As an American chain of hotels it was a surprise to find that the air conditioning was not a very potent one. I understand that in England it doesn't get very hot but it does occasionally and hotels should supply the customer with both heating and cold air just in case.

Bad Points: ﾣ13.50 for breakfast!! Found a greasy cafe that sold mega Breakfasts and Tea for ﾣ5!
Further Comments: Pretty good. Overcharged on Check-out, but eventually sorted out.

Further Comments: The hotel was ideally located in the centre of woking and everything was only a 5minute walk away, hotel was very clean and staff were exceptionally helpful, booked to twin rooms which had two double beds in each bathroom was clean, cost was very reasonable, it didn't include breakfast but for the price we paid you could not fault anything would recommend this hotel, top class!!!

Bad Points: The Bar area is not very welomming and the background music was repetitive ( Jazz 24hrs)
Further Comments: Hotel facilities and food was good, @ 306.88 euro for bed and breakfast , for a Holiday Inn in Woking the price is excessive. Book for sheer convenience as there are no other hotels in Woking.
