Good Points: With Holiday Inn Express you know your room will be fairly basic but clean and tidy, just as this one was.
Further Comments: Helpful friendly staff, clean and tidy room.

Bad Points: Air condition, poor heating system Wrong bill, Price quoted online and the charge on that day charged was different.

Bad Points: Heating not working,although after complaining the guests affected were given a fan heater. air conditioning not working ,showers cold.

Further Comments: basic, very clean but with a hostel rather than hotel feel about it. online booking was misleading and did not reflect the ages and needs of the people staying. the travel cot supplied was dangerous as the netting had a hole in it. the set up of the lighting was not logical and some lights only worked intermittently and i was told this was 'something to do with the transformers and nothing we can rectify really' the deal was good though so i felt it was a fair value for money

Good Points: we were able to take our pet dog without that ,it would have been difficult for us to take the break.
Bad Points: The lack of parking, we neede to park in an ncp carpark(open air )

Good Points: Well maintained, clean and nice staff
Further Comments: A typical Holday Inn Express but better than average when it comes to staff perfomance and cleanliness. Good location with large car park - important in Glasgow. Brakfast at Holiday Inn is hardly ever great - this was not too bad, but no cooked breakfast.

Bad Points: no plugs for electrical items such as straightners near any mirrors

Further Comments: Hotel is fine, its new, its clean, and very professionally run. If you are in a car, its tricky to stop outside, so best park diagonally opposite, either on-street (ￂﾣ3.60 for two hours 8-10am), or in the open air NCP alongside. By the time you read the hotels parking offers on the front desk, you'll already have parked and paid (for at least your first nights parking), so they should either repeat them in the email confirmation, or send the voucher out beforehand.

Good Points: Design and layout of the room/bath are very practical and of very good quality + everything was working properly. The staff was very helpful.
Bad Points: The lobby and the breakfast room could do with some more comfort and cosiness.
Further Comments: The hotel offers good quality for a very good price. It is also close to the shopping and business district and many other attractions of the city.
