Good Points: Friendly atmosphere and nice character to room
Bad Points: Twin room when double booked and no wireless access to internet
Further Comments: Very friendly and helpful staff / management. Excellent food and wide range of drinks available. Fantastic location and ideal for my needs. Lovely character premises and rooms and good value for money. Definitely recommend to stay if in area for business or pleasure. Extension of wireless internet access to rooms would be beneficial for business travellers. However this is available in some parts of hotel.

Good Points: Large bathroom and attractive bedroom.
Bad Points: The four poster bed was disappointing. It was very low and uncomfortable, plus it was right under the window which was on the ground floor and very noisy as it was next to the road.
Further Comments: I would have liked to have known that the accommodation was separate from the Inn and that the room was on the ground floor, next to a noisy road.

Bad Points: some noise from the traffic, however the good drink helped me sleep :)

Bad Points: the mattress was too thin and too hard .no remote control for the tv. lighting in bathroom was missing
Further Comments: The room cost was too expensive for the quality of the room . All the above issues could have been resolved with a proper check.

Further Comments: great hotel rooms were great ,staff very good they let us bring our dogs with us with a days notice and charged no more money . chipping campden very nice area

Good Points: We loved Laurence and the other staff in the restaurant. They were very welcoming. We arrived late and they held the kitchen open for us so we could have some dinner (which was delicious!). Laurence greeted us in the parking lot! The breakfast staff was also very helpful. The rooms were unique and quaint and the town was wonderful. the town was wonderful.
Bad Points: Our only complaint was the showers. The water came out in a trickle. It was quite a challenge getting the shampoo out of our hair, and the water was either scalding or cold. We'd been in the UK for 3 weeks by this time, staying in all types of places and these were the worst showers, by far.
Further Comments: We loved our stay in Chipping Campden. We wished we could have stayed longer. The people at the Red Lion were very nice and the food was delicious. If they fixed the shower situation we would recommend it without reservation.

Good Points: close to main wedding event
Bad Points: we had the attic room and it was very height restricted due to beams and the room did not have a full length mirror
Further Comments: Location was good, price was excellent value compared to others just felt that the 3rd floor attic bedroom with no lift was a little awkward

Good Points: It was a large space
Bad Points: It was next to a road which with old single glazed windows was VERY noisy. The bed wasn't very comfortable.
Further Comments: It was noisy. It was on the groundfloor. Decor was a little dated. Lovely big bathroom though, with spacious corner bath. Staff were very accommodating and breakfast was lovely. It was quite pricey for the noise!

Good Points: friendly breakfast staff -- and good breakfast, good location in town
Bad Points: carpet and room in general was dirty, sheets didn't fit the bed and repeatedly came off in the night, noisy, shower head broke while taking a shower and fell to pieces
Further Comments: This was not a good value for the money. The town was adorable and we enjoyed the area, but of all our accommodations on a two week trip, this was the most disappointing.
