Good Points: The hotel was very clean, the staff were very helpful, the room was nice and a good size.
Bad Points: The fact that we were woken on several occasions by a party of lads on what we assumed was a stag party. They were shouting, banging doors, running down the corridors etc til about 3am... Also, wished the air con had been fully installed, as we were on the top floor and it was a very hot weekend. DONT TRAVEL HERE WITHOUT EXTEMELY ACCURATE DIRECTIONS OR A SAT NAV.
Further Comments: Hotel was excellent as were the staff. Just the loud party that upset it really. If you dont have satnav then you will have a fun time finding the car park. Get onto the dual carriage way so you are passing the hotel on your left, a few hundred yards after, turn left, down to the T junction and turn left. You will come to the car park on your left.

Further Comments: The hotel is easily accesible from city centre, clean with good size rooms. The hotel staff is helpfull and very good. Nice breakfast

Further Comments: Although on this occasion it was necessary for me to cancel my booking, I have stayed in this hotel before and the staff were accommodating and helpful. The cancellation process was quick and easy with no hassle.

Bad Points: The hotel was under going a referb, so facilities were minimal.
Further Comments: Overall all the stay was very good and i would stay there again, but not during any referbishment i feel that the cost of the stay should have been reduce during this time!

Further Comments: the directions to the hotel were appalling!you sent us the wrong way on your email at the m 621 juntion 2,we ended up driving round leeds for an hour until i rang my nephew who lives in leeds to direct us.the directions need to be much better,thats my only gripe

Good Points: Cleanliness of the room. Car parking was conveninet
Bad Points: Room price was expensive. Breakfast service can be improved. There was no plates and juice when I had my breakfast. Also a simple toaster would be handy.
Further Comments: Overall I was pleased with the hotel service.
