Good Points: freindly staff and very central hotel
Further Comments: Have stayed in this hotel before so generaly it was every thing we had expected which was fine.

Further Comments: Friendly staff and clean and tidy room. Onsite parking was very satisfactory as was the continental breakfast.

Good Points: The rooms are clean and tidy even though I found an old Condom Box behind the Tele.
Bad Points: The air conditioning unit needed to be on to make the room warm and it did make so much of noise it kept me awake.
Further Comments: The hotel is reasonably efficient at offering a short stay in clean and pleasant surroundings.

Good Points: Room was very clean/comfortable.
Bad Points: Away from everywhere. Bad weather meant it was hard to get anywhere without taxi.
Further Comments: It was unfortunate that the weather was atrocious, which meant that we didn`t enjoy the stay. The hotel room was good; bar adequate but not much atmosphere and very expensive. The staff were extremely helpful. Never like to be charged for parking at a hotel but ￃﾂￂﾣ3 a night was ok, I suppose, as we only stayed one night.

Further Comments: The only problem we had was actually finding the hotel in the first place, also the taxi company that the hotel uses had no knowledge whatsoever of the pubs and clubs in Leeds.Our stay was only for 1 night but could not fault the accomodation or staff at all.Many thanks for a great night out.

Bad Points: no closed space to put underwear
Further Comments: You charge for car parking when I was not expecting it considering I was a lone female and disabled. The breakfast should be more appealing. smoking rooms available The bar would be expensive You could not open the window other than just the top Traffic noise was unbearable

Good Points: Lots of space in the room, the nice modern decor, the shower was excellent, close to city centre (10 min walk). Help yourself continental breakfast so no waiting around for service, good choice of food. Liked sky news and newspapers in the breakfast areas. Excellent, very quick check-in and out. The staff were very helpful and friendly, replacing our soap in the bathroom quickly and giving us toothpaste for free.
Bad Points: It was a little cold and we were only able to heat to 25C. Was a little noisy from the wind and cars outside the window (we were on the 6th floor), and the bed perhaps could have been a bit harder, but I'm being picky now! The restaurant area at breakfast was a little untidy.
Further Comments: Very nice stay overall, thank you. Would stay here again.

Bad Points: lacking of any personality
Further Comments: The room was functional but lacked any personal touchs such as pictures etc the television was to small for the size of room difficult to read any text on the screen. The lifts to floors was good but the stairwell was in dire need of redecoration. The breakfast was basic with items of crockery and food running out and staf having to be reminded to replace.

Bad Points: the lifts were noisy and could be heard from our room, also there was a building site across the road which wasquite noisy earlyin the morning
Further Comments: The hotel was extremely near the shopping centre and university which we were visiting well within walking distance, Iwas able to leave the car in the hotel carpark and walk. Parking charge was reasonable, ￂﾣ3. Accomadation was spacious and modern, the bathroom could have been cleaner, but the rest was clean. Reception staff were very helpful with giving directions in the city.

Further Comments: Abit far out of town when you're carrying bags. Breakfast dull, no hot food ie eggs, Staff shut down kitchen service before finshed eating- opened it back up after I complained.

Good Points: Extremely good lighting in room. First time I've been able to read without any difficulty, unlike other hotels.
Further Comments: Somewhat concerned at booking in proceedure. Credit card swiped twice and I was requested to enter my PIN for an amount of ￂﾣ20 more than the room rate, which I found a little disturbing. Could not understand the reasoning for this.
