Good Points: Bed, bathroom very comfortable. Executive lounge with complementary dring is a great idea and great place after a busy day to relax.
Bad Points: Heating in room was very temperamental. It got very hot in the morning.
Further Comments: Lovely hotel. Complementary drinks a great idea. Really enjoyed staying there. Great location. Would definitely return if we are in Glasgow again.

Further Comments: Fantastic hotel right in the heart of the city. Complimentary Mini Bar and Decanters of Spirits excellent touch and the free Executive Lounge facilities placed this hotel above any stayed at in the UK.

Good Points: The room was spotless, very warm to suit the outside weather & the facilities included were of an excellent standard.
Further Comments: The only downside to my stay was that the hotel Executive Lounge closed at 2300 hours. I would have preferred to sit in this lounge until midnight instead of having to either go back to my room or go into Waxy O'Conners next door (via an internal door).

Bad Points: Probably the fact there was no view from the window,but thats just a minor qualm.
Further Comments: The complimentary mini bar was nice, but I would like to have been asked our prefered choice of drink before hand as we didn't make much use of it because of what was stocked. The hotel kindly placed a bottle of champagne in a bucket of ice for our 30th wedding anniversary, which was a nice touch. Overall everybody was pleasant and our stay was enjoyable.

Good Points: LOVELY CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE ROOM, FREE MINI BAR WAS A GREAT IDEA . WE HAVE STAYED IN 8 OTHER HOTELS IN GLASGOW BUT THIS WAS BY FAR THE BEST.

Good Points: Good extras like the free drinks at the pub downstairs and the complimentary mini-bar. The staff were very accomodating and friendly.
Bad Points: The Wireless Internet Access was ￂﾣ6.50 for 1 hour, many hotels nowadays do not charge for the privelege.
Further Comments: Overall the hotel was nice and clean and very friendly. The room was a standard size and the bathroom was ok. The free drinks in the oub downstairs and the complimentary mini-bar is what made the hotel different and also the location was superb, in the very heart of the city centre.
