| Good Points: Clean and tidy |
| Bad Points: Only one barstaff and although the sandwiches were good the burgers were awful |
| Further Comments: Parking was hectic, the bar offered happy hours but had no times displayed plus when the Big Screen showing the sport failed no-one was bothered about fixing it. |

Convenience, and a good price for the room. Quiet and fairly comfortable |

Lift not working. Breakfast - poor choice, no bread, limited range of cereals, pre-prepared cooked breakfast kept hot. |

| Further Comments: The rooms were very old fashioned and needed updating.The bed wasnt very comfortable.The full english breakfast was poor. There was left over food outside someones room and sick on the floor the whole day, night and following day of our stay. For the price we paid i wouldnt reccommend this hotel as it is not worth the money. |

The rooms were disgusting, they were filthy and smelt damp. The wallpaper had damp stains on it. The shower was either freezing or scalding. |

| Good Points: Small room but adequate, general hotel facilities were acceptable. |
| Bad Points: I booked a smoking room, and ventilation was clearly inadequate. There was no ashtray. The toilet flushing mechanism, although it worked, had a 'bit' missing.. The armchair cushion 'slipped' and therefore was not comfortable. The TV was fixed so high on the wall that it induced a 'pain in the neck'! |
| Further Comments: See above. The lobby areas need to be dragged out of the 60's! The overall impression was one of just about achieving a minimum acceptable standard in relation to the price, and as such was just about value for money compared with other hotels in the area. |
