Good Points: Excellent accommodation very friendly atmosphere good place to be
Further Comments: A bit more information on the location of the hotel as we got lost looking for it, as the hotel is below grounf level under the bridge. but besides from that totally enjoyed my stay there and a good hotel to go too.

Good Points: Excellent value for money.
Further Comments: Some people may not like the noise at 1am. It did not spoil my stay. Everyone was very helpful. The room was warm and comfortable. Excellent breakfast.

Good Points: The location is fantastic. You are within walking distance of everything. The room is reasonable and clean, and the staff friendly.
Bad Points: It is by a mile the noisiest place I've ever stayed and I'm including Ibiza. If you're the sort that parties till the early hours then this place is for you. If however, you like sleeping at all, forget it.
Further Comments: This place is definitly for the young and it caters for them very well. The bar, the music and all that goes with it will give a great clubbing experience. If you're not into this and are the sort that likes to be awake and alert during the day, then this place is not for you.

Good Points: Large room with the most enormous double-bed. Facilities were modern, clean and very comfortable

Good Points: Location, the hotel is very well located. Hospitality, the staff are really friendly and nice.
Bad Points: Too noise (maybe we were unlike for the room location), either the previous guest or the people close to the room are smokers, then the room stinks cigarette.
Further Comments: It is a nice hotel with very friendly staff. And if you intend to join the people on the pub downstairs it is perfect, otherwise think twice. I would like to know that my room was just above the entrance of a pub, then I could manage to avoid this room (or the hotel) before going to Edinburgh. But apart from this, it is a nice place, and the price is all right.

Bad Points: Bedroom needed refurbished in particular the mattress, it was like sleeping on the floor
Further Comments: The stay was pleasant, as it was a rugby weekend the prices were obviously inflated for the weekend and I dont thick the standard of accommodation reflected the overall cost

Further Comments: Great location for the mile, university, castle, museum... Better soundproofing would be appreciated, it was karaoke the night I stayed. Very basic facilites, fine for an overnighter, not sure if I'd want to stay longer.

Good Points: The fact that it was next to the 3 sisters pub, I arrived on the day they had their pre-mtv party. Excellent first impression. And the music didnt really bother during the night.
Bad Points: How the breakfast-room was in the club and it just stank of old alcohol.
Further Comments: I didnt really have any expectations of this hotel, as it was booked very last minute and the stay was simply brilliant, right smack in the centre of Edinburgh which was exactly what i needed.

Good Points: The bar area was very impressive! Was very suitable for football supporters!
Bad Points: Rooms are quite small although in saying that they did have everything you needed
