| Further Comments: The parking at the rear to the reception is quite a distance while carrying heavy bags, and the hotel decor being dated are the only grudges about my stay. Everything else was a pleasure. The staff deserve a mention for being friendly and helpful.
It' also worth mentioning that it's much cheaper to book your room online. |

A well furnished, clean and tidy room, providing excellent value for money. |
| Further Comments: The location was central and easy to find. The hotel decor was rather tired looking, and in need of freshening up. Car parking was available, but in a multi-storey which was rather tight to navigate. The cost of the breakfast seemed expensive at nearly ￃﾂￂﾣ15, so we did not bother. I would be happy to stay here again. |

This was very disappointing - the hotel had a very shabby feel to it and I'm afraid the breakfast was one of the worst I've had for a long time. The tea and coffee were both undrinkable! |
| Further Comments: Poor - this hotel is in urgent need of a major overhaul in all departments.

| Further Comments: The staff seemed to be unable to guide me to the direct carpark.
The food in the restaurant was average but they were charging as if it were special. The description of the food was sometimes missleading and while the bar snacks were small and cheap the restaurant was relatively expensive and you could not have just a main course. |

| Further Comments: The room was very neat and very clean. the decor was plain but tasteful. I found the entrance to the hotel from the car park rather tatty and the foyer very out of date. as a city centre commercial hotel it served very adequately. |
