Good Points: Pool and nice room overlooking school
Further Comments: Everything really excellent and clean. Friendly, efficient reception staff. However, the only downside (and we have stayed twice in last 2 months) was the very slow inefficient breakfast staff. had to wait for eggs (only seem to bring out 6 at a time), then mushrooms, then toast, etc. This has happened twice and really should be reviewed. Otherwise fantastic, and loved the gym and pool, spa etc.

Further Comments: incredible value for money, with all the leisure facilities. Unfortunatley, not able to take advantage of any of them on short visit as i arrived very late and left early! Will definitely recommend to colleagues.

Good Points: Very good facilities at the hotel including the gym and pool area. The room was very clean with everything you would need for any length of stay.
Bad Points: The only complaint I would have about the room was that the bed was too hard and consequently didnt have the best of nights sleep. The only other minor thing was I didnt enjoy was the sausages on the breakfast, they were somewhat tasteless (a good linconlsnire sausage would be good).
Further Comments: The hotel is easy to find with plenty of parking out front. The onsite facilities (pool area and gym) are excellent, with a pub and restaurant available of required. The rooms have all that is required for your stay (bed was too hard for my liking) but apart from that was good. I would like to have known about any evening entertainment before we arrived so that we could plan to involve it in our stay. Thanks

Good Points: The room was clean and tidy, with all linen changed and tea/coffee supplies replenished.
Further Comments: The accommodation was booked at short notice for an overnight stay. I was pleased that the hotel was only 10 minutes drive from the M1 and very easy to find. The booking process was faultless and check-in was easy. The only error with booking occurred on checking out, when I had been registered as paying for the room with cash not credit card. This was a very minor mistake and immediately rectified. I was also charged erroneously for Sky TV channels, which was once again amended as soon as it was pointed out. The staff were courteous and polite and the breakfast was ample. My only adverse comment would be about room service. When I tried to order hot food through room service at 11.05 pm I was informed that I could only order cold sandwiches after the cut-off time of 11 pm. While I was able to find sustenance outside the hotel, I felt that perhaps a little flexibility could have been shown for the sake of a few minutes.

Good Points: It was quiet, accessible, clean. It had a swimming pool and gym. It provided room service.
Further Comments: The hotel was well described before I booked. It was easy to find the hotel and the staff were helpful, if a bit informal. The room was fine, the pool was great, especially as no one else was using it! The food was excellent - the best room service food I have had when I've been away on business. Check out was easy and pain free.

Good Points: Check-in speedy and efficient Breakfast staff friendly, efficient and helpful
Bad Points: Bathroom could have been cleaner. Shower thermostat was temperamental and aged. I needed to check-out hurriedly, the person able to facilitate this was away from the desk and the other staff didn't know where he had gone and I was kept waiting whilst they all looked at one another; unfortunately this was poor!!!
Further Comments: This was a transit stopover for us and in these circumstances the hotel was reasonable value and adequate for our requirements
