Bad Points: Bathroom, shelf over basin hard to shave. I was with my 80 year old father. Not easy access to bath / shower.

Bad Points: Nothing save for the wardrobe which was too small and inclined to topple forwards.

Further Comments: our stay was very enjoyable. we would of appreciated a list of recommended resturants in the area as we were not familiar with the area - although the hotel resturant looked excellent!!

Further Comments: The service from the staff was excellent ,perhaps a little more money than expected for overall charges at 110 per night discounted rates would have been attractive for longer stay and would have like to have seen such displayed.

Bad Points: The bar area mixing smokers/snack diners and drinkers did not allow a quiet drink. However the Hotel later opened a special bar area.
Further Comments: Buxton was disappointing,but the Hotel was a treasure.
