Good Points: It was extremely well appointed and comfortable.
Bad Points: Parking is extremely limited and it is with more luck than judgement if a space can be found.
Further Comments: The hotel is superbly located on the river with well appointed, clean and roomy accomodation. The Hotel has a very friendly atmosphere and the staff are courtious and very well presented at all times. Service was extremely professional and efficient. The whole hotel has a relaxed ambiance and a genuine effort is made to make you feel welcome and enjoy your stay..

Good Points: large room and bathroom
Bad Points: outside door latch broken, electricity went out in bathroom for long periods of time, floors above room very creaky.
Further Comments: There were a few problems with the accommodation, but for our purposes (visiting Hampton Court Palace ) the location of the hotel was perfect.

Good Points: Location, comfort, room
Bad Points: The room was very hot. We opened the window fully and even though it was very breezy outside there was no fresh air in the bedroom
Further Comments: I guess we assumed there would be air-conditioning, other than opening the window and the only bad point re the hotel was the temperature of the room. When we checked in we noted there was a wedding on at the hotel that weekend, however, so we thought it might be quite noisy. However, we weren't disturbed by any noise. We left an iPod behind in the room and the staff kindly held onto it for us to collect the day after we checked out - so thank you very much to the housekeeper for that!

Good Points: The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was huge and clean. It was a very quiet room - we couldn't hear a thing. Complimentary Bar. Food was beautiful and the restaurant was in a beautiful location on the River. Ideal location - 2 minutes from Hampton Court Station and a short taxi ride to Twickenham. Transfer time from London is c.1 hr
Bad Points: Nothing.
Further Comments: My husband and I will definitely be stopping at this hotel again.

Good Points: we love the olde world feeling about the hotel
Bad Points: Found the double bed a bit lumpy
Further Comments: The staff were all excellent. The room was very good, although because it was in the basement, it challenged out sense of direction a little bit. Food and service was outstanding. Alternative car parking arrangements were efficient. I would definitely use the hotel again. Have spoken to other user since my stay, and all agree that your hotel offers good value for money.

Good Points: Superb location, very comfortable and spacious rooms.
Bad Points: More vegetarian options for breakfast on Sunday.
Further Comments: Having stayed at the hotel last year, using it as a base for our annual pilgrimage to Tickenham during the six nations championship, we had no doubts or fears regarding what to expect from the hotel. The hotel is easy to find from the M25/A30 or M3 and there is free parking at the hotel (very welcome). The location on the Thames facing Hampton Court is a really terrific setting and although the main road is near by, the traffic noise doesn't appear to be in any way obstrusive. Local restaurants and pubs are of an excellent standard and they're are some good shops and cafes. There are main public transport routes within 2 minutes walk from the hotel.

Good Points: Lovely room, after we changed from the first which overlooked the Court, but also the very noisy road.Ours overlooked the river
Bad Points: The quality of the room service Cheese sandwich was very poor..dull white bread and thinly sliced cheese..very surprising.
Further Comments: We were very pleased with the hotel overall, the receptionist was very helpful with changing our room, and arranging taxis to and from our function. She was also there when we checked out poor thing..deserves a medal ! The staff at breakfast were also solicitous, but the standard of the hot food left a little to be desired..the bacon in particular did not appear to have been grilled.

Good Points: it was a lovely friendly hotel in a good location for were we wanted to go. The food was also very nice.
Bad Points: The heating in 106 was very cold unless you were in the bathroom. Access to the bar was limited to guests on the day which was very frustrating as we had to have evening drinks in the check in area, which probably wasn't the best for you or other customers returning to the hotel
Further Comments: Very good!

Good Points: Our Deluxe room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The ensuite bathroom was also large very clean, with a good hot power-shower. We had lovely views of Hampton Court Palace and the River Thames.
Bad Points: Nothing of importance, but the decor was a little faded and could be improved with a facelift.
Further Comments: We were surprised at the spaciousness and generally high standard of the hotel. Breakfast was in a very pleasant room overlooking the river. We also enjoyed sitting out on the terrace with our family and friends for lunch and drinks. The staff were efficient, friendly and helpful. The bar lunch menu was basic but adequate. The only downside was the traffic noise, but this is to be expected in most London hotels. The surrounding area is very pleasant. Apart from Hampton Court Palace, the entrance of which is just opposite the hotel, there are lovely walks along the river, and across the bridge there is a pleasant shopping area with restaurants where one can sit outside for lunch or coffee.

Good Points: Proximity to local attractions i.e Hampton Court. Easy access to transport. Close to places to eat.
Bad Points: Proximity to trains station could have been emphasised more on the promotional website information. The fact that the hotel faces the Palace could have been emphasised too, it would have narrowed my search down much quicker.
Further Comments: Very close to (less than 10 minutes walk) Hampton Court Station which is in Zone 6, very handy as you can get there using a travel card. The Hotel is in a great location opposite the Palace with nice views of the river from the breakfast room. Within walking distance of a few chain eateries and some independent ones.

Good Points: Location, service, view!!!
Bad Points: Update the decor maybe.
Further Comments: Overall the hotel was fantastic. Really added to our whole 'wedding experience'. Ability to delay checkout time for a small fee was brilliant.
