Good Points: position and convenience of hotel for Hampton Court Flower Show
Bad Points: very poor access for disabled. Entrance without rail, access to Room 210 involved many steps without any hand rails. I did not request a disabled room as usually hotels of this standard and price have lifts or ramps. Access to dining facilities involved stairs and was difficult for me. Even in the dining room there was steps which made it awkward carrying food at buffet breakfast. I appreciate that the hotel was fully booked and difficult to change rooms.
Further Comments: Hotel should do an access survey and look at positioning hand rails ,even where there are only 2 or 3 stairs. I di not see a ramp or alternative access at the entrance to hotel so struggled up the entrance steps.

Good Points: The location
Bad Points: nothing realy, but a bit pricey
Further Comments: The location beside the river was lovely, right opposite Hampton Court Palace, with good bus routes to other locations and the railway station just across the bridge. The room we`were given was a suite, with everything included, and breakfast beside the river was nice Just a shame we only stopped for one night

Further Comments: Overall our one night stay was very good - the lunchtime meal we had in the restaurant on saturday was excellent and our room was very comfortable - one small note though - the room was very warm so air conditioning would be an advantage!

Good Points: Ideally situated for Hampton Court, superb riverside location. A lovely old hotel
Further Comments: Very helpful polite staff. Situated opposite the entrance to Hampton Court Palace.

Bad Points: BATHROOM HAD BROKEN TILES AND ROOM IN GENERAL NEED OF A BIT OF TLC
Further Comments: STAFF VERY HELPFUL AND POLITE, DINNER IN RESTERAUNT VERY GOOD ALONG WITH SERVICE. CLOSE TO RAIL LINKS AND OPPOSITE HAMPTON COURT. AN ENJOYABLE HOTEL TO STAY IN

Good Points: very clean
Bad Points: the room was very dark.the table lamp was not working,i didnt like the fact the window had no lock.i did report the toilet would not flush every time,the toilet seat was unstable .the seat was fixed but not the flush.
Further Comments: we enjoyed our stay very much .it has a geat location a lovely view from the resturant the food was very pricy but good

Good Points: Location was good. Room was adequate. Saturday breakfast was excellent.
Bad Points: Check in was indifferent. Room was at a level below ground floor reception.
Further Comments: No car parking available despite the fact that I had specifically requested 2 car park slots (which they had confirmed would be available in a written confirmation of booking).

Good Points: It was comfortable with a comfortable bed.
Bad Points: The Decor was dated and tatty in parts.
Further Comments: It was a comfortable hotel with small bedroom but adequate. Breakfast was expensive and with have been enhanced by providing porrige ( even Sainsburys provide this!). Parking was a nightmare with cars double-parked at times. Overall, the staff made the stay more than the hotel and food.

Further Comments: Very nicely situated across from Hampton Court Palace. The room had a comfortable big bed was was very cosy. Staff were veryt helpful and friendly.
