| Good Points: Location. Friendliness of staff. |
| Bad Points: The room was very small. The double bed was only slightly larger than a single. |
| Further Comments: The location is nice and close to Hampton Court gardens. However, there is a main road in between. The room was very small. The double bed was only slightly larger than a single. Very small window looking towards road and entrance to Hampton court gardens. Bathroom was modern and of a fair size. TV sat on the a unit on the floor so was difficult to see. English breakfast was great, hot food was freshly prepared. Staff were very friendly and enhanced overall stay. |

| Good Points: Very good position for Hamption Court. Bedrooms over-looking Hampton Court Gardens and Bushey Park quiet. |
| Bad Points: First night, we were put into a downstairs bedrrom in the Mews, which was damp and the bed did not feel aired. Room 19. We were moved into an upstairs bedroom for the second night, which was warm and comfortable, but had been very well used. |
| Further Comments: That the whole place was due for a re-fit, the decor was very shabby in the second bedroom, and the breakfast was poor. It was over-priced for the standard offered. |

| Good Points: clean, staff were very nice, close to the venue we needed to attend |
| Bad Points: the room was extremely hot, the bed was not a double, more a large single |
| Further Comments: the hotel was all we needed it to be. As i said the only real compliant was the size of the bed. |

| Good Points: Firm bed and duvet nice bathroom |
| Bad Points: Very small room with only 1 chair |
| Further Comments: The staff in the breakfast struggled with English, there was a long wait to be served and a mistake was made in the order. when the breakfast arrived it was only warm and I believe that I got someone elses breakfast that had been ordered earlier.
A minor point there was no marmalade for breakfast only jams |

| Good Points: This hotel is accross the road from Hampton Court - homely and comfortable. Lovely staff - charming and helpful. Room No 5. |
| Further Comments: We were concerned as past reviews mentioned small rooms - well we can certainly recommend Room No 5 - a comfortable spacious double that had plenty of room for an extra single we ordered for our 8 yr old - small bathroom but all worked fine. The windows are road side but double glazed. Great breakfast and the staff were very lovely - reception looked after our bags after we checked out so we could take a walk through Hampton Court. We think the trick is to request NOT be given a room on top floor....we think these are perhaps the smaller ones. |

| Good Points: its was very very close to Hampton Court Palace |
| Bad Points: poor value for money |
| Further Comments: This hotel needs a good airing, it is very stuffy and does not smell too good, the rooms are incredably hot and the windows are not great for opening. Although the bedding and the bathroom were spotless the rest of the room and hotel is very tatty and looks like it could do with up dating or at least a good clean.
Please open some windows and clear the air.
Not good value for money. |

| Good Points: Public areas were good. WiFi internet connection was the best we have found ANYWHERE! Staff were friendly and helpful. |
| Bad Points: Room (24) was in dire need of a makeover and redecoration, particularly the bathroom. |
| Further Comments: Would like to have been able to see more photos of the rooms and bathrooms.
Please put a modern TV with a remote control in the room.
Sample menu would have been helpful. The food was quite good although it bit long in arriving.
The setting and location were great and we even had a room overlooking the gardens and maze, so had a good peaceful night's sleep. |

| Good Points: Free wireless internet access |
| Bad Points: No satellite/cable tv or movies |
| Further Comments: A fairly good sized room, adiquet bathroom, reasonably comfortable. Other hotel guests smoking in the lounge wasn't ideal, and the room only had a badly tuned terestial tv, but all in all it was fair for the price. |

| Good Points: extremely clean, right down to the skirting boards! |
| Bad Points: *very* warm room (though a fan was available) |
| Further Comments: The Hotel was extremely clean, staff polite. Breakfast was lovely, with a good selection. My only criticism was how warm the room was during the night (though an electric fan was supplied). |

| Good Points: It was clean , tidy and comfortable and we would recommend the Hotel to anyone. |
| Further Comments: It was only for a weekend break to take the Grandson to Chessington Zoo which he really enjoyed.
We have know complaints to make about the Hotel, because the staff was very helpful and the Hotel is situated in a suitable area. |

| Good Points: Good quality food and service. |
| Bad Points: Poor standard of decor. Light units not working. Cramped room (room 8). |
| Further Comments: Although the staff were very good and helpful the general standard of the accomodation is in a poor state of repair.I would certainly recommend this hotel for eating food, but it is not a hotel we will be quick to utilise again. |

| Good Points: The building is beautiful, with a great view and it is so close to marvellous Hampton Court.
The breakfast was fantastic and all the gentlemen serving us were so nice to us and our young son. |
| Bad Points: Unfortunately (this is why I have to give a bad mark for the otherwise splendid staff of the hotel), we were welcomed by a receptionist who was so unfriendly and unpolite that she simply should not work in a hotel. For us it ruined our arrival. Although the kindness of the other members of staff made up a lot, we would not chose this lovely hotel again, for fear to have to deal with this lady again.
As Hampton Court is so near, we would have liked the hotel room (pictures etc.) having some reference to it rather than being plain and fairly cool. |
| Further Comments: The hotel was clean, the room comfortable, the breakfast lovely and the view and location of the hotel make it a highly interesting one. Still, although doing research in Hampton Court very often, I will not take my family there again, as the lady who checked us in was the most unfriendly that I ever came across when staying in hotels. I think the hotel costs too much money to be treated as if we came begging there. Also it is a shame that the rooms are furnished so loveless (some pictures to do with Hampton Court could make all the difference).
Thanks, however, to the rest of the staff who were so nice and made up for the one who was completely off-putting. |

| Good Points: Cleanliness and friendly staff. |
| Bad Points: No Kettle and pillows rather soft.we are used to a bit more space in the room, eg.No chair to sit and read except 1 by dressing table. |
| Further Comments: The hotel was the perfect location for our Wedding venue which was at the East Molesley Boat Club. We were able to walk there and back. Also the fact that we were able to visit Hampton Court Palace and its grounds which was another reason for choosing to stay here. |

| Good Points: Pleasant, and freindly staff, very good service at breakfast. |
| Bad Points: Room felt as if it was damp/musty,the shower did not work, and rubish empty bottles dirty dishs left outside in courtyard.[Double glazeing would be nice to eliminate excess traffic noise] |
| Further Comments: The hotel served its purpose,a one night fairly priced stay close to Twickenham stadium, with a bar open as long as required. |
