| Good Points:
Room and en-suite was a good size and immaculate |
| Further Comments: The whole experience was excellent and very good value for money and although listed as only 3 star provided all that one would expect from a quality 4 star. Staff were very friendly and efficient. |

| Further Comments: the hotel is exactly as it should be for the price, it's clean and everything you need for a short break is there. we were going to the reading festival and there is a train station 5 mins walk from this hotel that takes you to Reading station. |

| Further Comments: The hotel room was comfortable and clean with all the expected conveniences: the staff were unusually pleasant and friendly and I enjoyed the stay.
The only point that you may need to highlight was the poor/non-existant mobile reception, which while not a stress point on this occassion may give concern for business visitors. |

| Bad Points: Air conditioning was rubbish, didn't really seem to wrok at all and you couldn't open the windows to get any fresh air in the room either. |
