Good Points: Clean and comfortable, with friendly and helpful staff.
Bad Points: The hotel has no smoking rooms. There is no Guinness available in the bar. The card payment machine in the bar and restaurant does not work. There is very poor mobile phone reception.

Further Comments: The only complaint is that room 37 had no natural ventilation and there was no air conditioning unit fitted to compensate for this fact.. Because the room looks out on to a dual carrigway road the window was a wooden sealed unit, with secondary upvc double glazing inside. It was not possible to create any natural ventilation.The room also faced into the afternoon sun, therefore when i arrived it was hot in the room,i could only shut the curtains. When i arrived back at the room around midnight i left the door open for about half an hour to allow a breeze to come in from the small open window at the end of the corridor.The room was stuffy overnight,( it is only May and i wonder how hot this room would be over the hot summer months. otherwise my stay was fine. In the future i shal lask about air conditioning in rooms that i book or if the window is an opening one.

Bad Points: more tea bags please as we only had 2 bags!! Most travellers appreciate one on arrival and one in the morning - so at least 4 please! It always looks value for ￂﾣￂﾣ and good customer service to have drinking chocolate alternative too.

Further Comments: THE ROOM I WAS GIVEN WAS DIFFERENT TO THAT I BOOKED AS IT HAD A DOUBLE SOFA IN IT AND i requested a std double room. I ordered room service and was provided with an incorrect meal which my wife was unable to eat and as the waiter had left and I had signed it was too late as we were both hungry what we received was not on the menu so do not know how we managed to order it also it was much more expensive that what I had ordered if I was not tired and in a hurry the next morning I would have complained but knew I would receive this survey. I can only assume this was a one off issue but I would like to receive feedback,

Good Points: Room and en-suite was a good size and immaculate
Further Comments: The whole experience was excellent and very good value for money and although listed as only 3 star provided all that one would expect from a quality 4 star. Staff were very friendly and efficient.
