Bad Points: Poor plumbing - hardly any shower water presssure.
Further Comments: Wilton Court is a pleasant place with very good food and good staff service. It is let down by its physical facilities in some respects and could do with some modernization - especially the plumbing.

Good Points: Friendly check in. Excellent food both at dinner & breakfast. great view from garden room
Bad Points: On a very hot evening I could not leave the windows of the garden room open as there were so many spiders on webs outside the window. These spiders were coming into the room and were everywhere. There were hundreds of them. The room also had webs inside. This should have been noticed and cleared away as part of the cleaning process.
Further Comments: I would like to have known if room service was offered before booking.

Further Comments: Lovely looking hotel with good views of the river wye. Very nice part of the world. A good place if you are looking for peace and quiet, although I imagine it gets busy during August. Not too keen on the dinner menu, and thought it was over priced. Also sightly rushed, like to take time over a meal. Good food available at the White Lion across the road.

Good Points: Good view over the river. Spacious room. Good food
Bad Points: Because of the very warm weather the room was hot at night
Further Comments: Comfortable country house hotel, relaxing atmosphere in the restaurant with good service and excellent food. Lovely views over the river Wye. Enjoyable walks along the river bank through the countryside or into the nearby town centre of Ross.

Bad Points: Ensuite bathroom small, tiny bath.
Further Comments: Nice hotel with excellent views, hassle free, relaxing, excellent food, and pretty, well maintained large garden. Accommodation reflects the age of the premises, but all in good condition.

Further Comments: Location of the hotel is excellent. Good parking provided. The presentation of the hotel is very good. Staffing levels were too low during our stay leading to delays in service at breakfast and dinner. Our room was a 'river view room' but was on the top floor with restricted headroom and was quite small which spoilt the experience slightly.

Good Points: The cosiness of the hotel and the warmth,friendliness and enthusiam of the staff. The food was amazing and the room huge!!!!
Bad Points: A larger tv per room.
Further Comments: The staff are amazingly friendly and helpful. its like a family environment. They are there to help you and and alomost invite you into their home. The rooms are very very spaceous with beautiful river views. The food is amazing if not a bit pricey, but for the care that goes into preparing the meals its well worth a try. The hotel is positioned near the town so it takes only a ten minute walk to the shops in ross.

Further Comments: Beautiful location & views, outstanding evening meal, breakfast seemed poor at first but was actauly quite filling !
