Good Points: The hotel was centrallly located.
Bad Points: The bed was really hard and not very comfortable
Further Comments: I did really enjoy my stay- the staff were friendly and informative- they had good local knowledge and could help us with our plans for daily activities. The hotel was very centrally located and close to all the shops and bars, and just three short tram stops for the train station.

Good Points: so close to the shops and nightlife, it was nice to go shopping and return to use the hotel facilities

Good Points: Well equipped rooms, and the facilities in the hotel are faultless.
Bad Points: Could not fault accomadation.
Further Comments: This is an excellent hotel with friendly & efficient staff. Having stayed in this hotel last year i had no hesitation returning here. Excellent value for money and i would have no hesitation returning to this hotel again or recommending it to anyone.

Further Comments: room was lovely, bed was dreadfull it sagged in the middle very uncomfortable, all staff very friendly. breakfast ﾣ15.90 i thought was very expensive. leisure facilities were very good too.

Good Points: Room size was good, bed was huge and wonderfully comfy. We had a duvet, I hate the old fashioned sheets and lots of pillows aso that again was great.
Bad Points: Bathroom was a tad poor but ok it served its purpose but was a little bit dirty and not to the overall standard of the bedroom.Car parking seemed expensive and we would not stay for more than a night here due to the cost.

Good Points: Very centrally located and good value for money.
Bad Points: The room was small and uninspiring, lacked facilities such as a safe and minibar. There were no toiletries provided and nobody offered a newspaper for the morning or asked us if we'd like to add breakfast to our booking (room only).
Further Comments: I think that self classification as a four star hotel raises expectations that in reality can't be met.

Good Points: The room was very comfortable. Although I did not use the other facilities such as the gym, I was very impressed that it was available for the cost of the room.
Bad Points: From a personal point of view check out time was a little early for my liking but other than that it was fine.
Further Comments: My stay was very pleasant, the facilities were very good. I enjoyed a lovely meal in the restaurant and the food was served in decent sized portions and at a reasonable price. Friendly staff made it a pleasure to stay at the hotel.

Good Points: The hotel is very conveniently placed for the city centre. The room was not large but was well furnished
Bad Points: The hotel only provided towels for one, even thought the booking process specified two people staying. However, the staff provided a second set within minutes after calling reception
Further Comments: The hotel provided an efficient overnight stay. The room was advertised as a small double but the size was adequate for a short stay, and was well furnished and equipped. However, the double bed was placed against a wall which could be difficult for older couples. The only real problem with the room was the hair dryer, which was on such a short lead that I had to kneel to use it, and certainly could not see into a mirror at the same time. The other thing which would have been good to know before booking was the cost of car parking overnight in the centre of Nottingham. this was a bit of a shock to someone not used to big city car park prices - ﾣ9.50 discounted rate for hotel guests (it would cost ﾣ1.00 in Guildford!)

Good Points: Good value for money. Hotel was in a brilliant location for the Nottingham nite life.
