Good Points: VERY FRIENDLY,HELPFUL STAFF,TIDY ROOM,NICE BREAKFAST,IDEAL LOCATION FOR OLD TRAFFORD.HOPE TO VISIT AGAIN SOON.
Further Comments: DIDN'T KNOW ABOUT METROLINK UNTIL STAFF TOLD ME HOW CLOSE IT WAS TO HOTEL.

Good Points: The staff were helpful and the breakfast was good although I would have prefered more morning juice at breakfast
Further Comments: This hotel suits a certain type of client who does not expect the ritz at one tenth of the price. Good enough hotel at the price.

Good Points: Good value and good location for visting Manchester.
Bad Points: Was quite dated and in need of modernisation.
Further Comments: The hotel was good value and the staff were very efficient and welcoming. Hotel is in good location for visting Manchester. It is a bit dated and in need of modernisation but is ideal if looking for a budget hotel to use a a base for visiting the area. Breakfast provided was to a good standard. Overall, very satisfied.

Good Points: Friendly waitress at breakfast
Bad Points: Most all of it was tired and in need of refurbishment.
Further Comments: This hotel is extremely run down,all the furniture in guest rooms and dining room needs binning!. Although the sheets were clean there were stains on the duvet cover. Is at a regular feature that a guest swears and shouts in the middle of the night? We never used the bar but it did not look at all inviting!

Bad Points: The Room full of cobwebs not a bit like the one shown on web site.
Further Comments: Room dark and dingy whole place needs a good clean and refurbishment will not stay again.
