Good Points: Everything. Especially the leisure facilities and the breakfast.
Bad Points: None.
Further Comments: A great relaxing weekend from start to finish. Everything was spot on. Would definitely return.

Bad Points: having to walk through the smoking area to get to the dining room!!!

Further Comments: Shabby, dated hoted, some rooms looked like they were still in the 60s. Not clean, in bad need of refurbishment. Had to queue 20 minutes for breakfast only to find some of the rolls supplied were mouldy, tables uncleared, in fact a shambles.

Good Points: Clean and comfortable.
Bad Points: Because of the low height of the bathrooms, showers are too low for anyone even of average height, I should have said. Are there any walk-in showers? But even they would have to be under higher ceilings.
Further Comments: The television/radio in my room was poor. The engineer who came within minutes of my call was efficiency and politeness personified, providing a new and properly functioning set in very short time. But if I had not checked the set on arrival I might not have been able to hear/see the programmes I wished that evening/next morning.

Good Points: Very little.Redefinition of rooms classed as Crown Rooms. Breakfast was very good.
Bad Points: Look again at the rooms classed as Crown rooms. These do not warrant the additional cost.
Further Comments: On previous visits to the then Moat House we stayed in ordinary rooms but on this occasion we paid extra for a Crown room.What a disappointment - the previous rooms had been large, light and airy whereas this time it was small with a totally restricted view from the window, a total waste of money. In addition it could not have been further from reception (number 1003) and as my wife commented what a route march
