Good Points: the hotel itself was lovely, breakfast good, staff friendly. Located very close to airport which was ideal
Bad Points: The room was not great - quite dated with wallpaper coming off walls etc
Further Comments: was quite disappointed with our room - as the hotel looked really nice. Our room felt as though it was in the deepest depths of the hotel and I just wondered if because we got the room at a discounted rate we were given one of the older rooms? We had requested a cot in the room, which wasn't there - it was brought up after we called reception, but there were no cot sheets and we made do with full size single bed sheets provided. This was not a major problem though. The staff were lovely and the breakfast was great although they were quite keen to clear up at 10 am despite there still being many tables eating.

Further Comments: The hotel has good amenities that we were not able to explore on a one night stopover. Perhaps there will be another time.

Good Points: This was a very frendly hotel.nothing was to much trouble. even when we got back to the hotel at around midnight the staff asked us if we ejoyed the concert. we said yes but could do with some refreshment they opened the bar for us. we will use this hotel again and would recomend it to our frends. top marks glynhill hotel.
Further Comments: All we can say about this hotel is if you are thinking of going to glasgow.stay at the glynhill.the two restaraunts are super the service is very good it also has a very relaxed bar next door.to book with active hotels was simple and staight foreward no problem. not forgetting the pool.sauna.and steam room very relaxing.in case you think we have shares in the hotel we do not. we are just very satisfied customers.

Further Comments: The general stay was pleasant. Room service for breakfast never turned up, and there was no apology from the staff. Which did let the stay down, as the room service in the evening was very good.

Good Points: excellent facilities, modern rooms, good food
Bad Points: some poor cleanliness as a tray of room service was outside a door in warm weather for the najority of the day, room service was also quite expensive
Further Comments: would stay here again but not order room service, the modern roms were samll but user friendly yet did not have air conditioners so were very uncomfortable over the hot weekend. facilities and food were excellent.

Good Points: we used it as an airport hotel and car parking.the rates were good and the use of leisure facilities before our departure were exellent.
Bad Points: as we were three to a room it was cramped but for a night it was no problem

Good Points: crrently upgrading - room was very modern and well laid out
Bad Points: Found some of the staff rather harassed which left little time for chit chat.
Further Comments: Modern hotel ideally situated for the airport and near transport for the west of scotland. Hotel currently being upgraded - but this did not impact on our stay at all. In a town setting - as opposed to the counryside. Ideally placed for visiting local Braehead shopping mall.

Further Comments: We have stayed at the Glynhill several times before and were not disappointed. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast as usual excellent!!

Good Points: Good room and in room facilities
Bad Points: Poor check in, left us sitting in reception for 50 mins!
Further Comments: No one mentioned that there was building refurbishment going on or the fact that there were 3 different functions going on as well which amounted to a terrible noise throughout the evening and into the night!
