Good Points: Good Food, and friendly service
Bad Points: Very small single room with very narrow bed

Good Points: Very Friendly, Professional staff, fantastic food, all set in beautiful scenary with fantastic views. I hope to visit again soon as well as when the Northern Lights are visible.
Further Comments: I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I had no complaints nor could I make any comments on how to make changes as I really enjoyed the stay and will hopefully stay again.

Bad Points: my room door would not lock. If you put pressure onn the door it opened

Good Points: Kitchen and dining room staff were very proficient. Food good.
Bad Points: Room cold. Central heating radiator non-functioning.

Good Points: The host was a typical courteous country publican
Bad Points: It was a bit out of Aberdean. So a car is best but it was good.

Good Points: The accommodation was comfortable and local to the organisation I visit.
Bad Points: Rooms were a little cool for the time of year and blinds were a little ineffective in the bathroom.
Further Comments: I like this type of hotel, great for relaxing after a demanding day at work. I particularly enjoyed the evening meals. The meals were first class. Unfortunately, the cooked breakfast did not live up to the evening meals (Sausage not cooked to my liking - brown all over - topside brown probably grilled and bottom side looked raw). Having noted these things, I did like the hotel and would book here again since this questionairre gave me the opportunity to point out the issues without wanting to cause offence.

Further Comments: staff was polite but very reserved. Hotel was full of male travelers (mostly golfers) and we were the only couple while husband golfed I had nothing to do in the town (very boring)...would not go back again, need more activity.
