Good Points: The accommodation was very clean and adequate for our needs.
Bad Points: Nothing really.
Further Comments: The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was in a prime location for Perth city centre, Dobbies Garden Centre, Noah's Ark. Only disappointment was that it was a continental breakfast and not cooked. The hotel was next door to a Hungry Horse restaurant which was great. Would certainly use this hotel again.

Good Points: it was so easy and friendly reight next door to a pub for meals

Further Comments: great the hotel was so easy to find and to get to, and it was in a quiet location, I would recomend this hotel to anyone, valve for money was great. I will be stopping there again to break our journey as we travel through to Aviemore quite a lot

Good Points: Extremely good value for money.
Bad Points: Quite noisy - hot water pipes,etc. Not the best of sound proofing.
Further Comments: If not travelling by car - taxi fares about ￂﾣ5 into city centre. Buses are available but are very infrequent.

Good Points: en route from Cheshire to Inverness, the hotel is ideally situated for an overnight stop. The friendly reception staff, cleanliness of the accommodation and the ample continental breakfast are all assets.
Bad Points: The only fault lies not with the accommodation or the staff, but with the poor direction signing within the environs of the hotel. That may alter when the building programme locally is completed.
Further Comments: I have no adverse comment whatsoever. The hotel fully met my expectations, and apart from some difficulty in receiving acceptance of my credit card necessitating contact with my card provider, the transaction, stay, food and courteous staff were all deserving of an unreserved recommendation.

Good Points: I was pleasantly surprised at the the overal upkeep of the hotel and the cleanliness of the rooms and the facilites
Bad Points: Not a lot. Maybe the lack of a comfy lounge area
Further Comments: I thought the hotel provided good value for money. The staff were efficient, friendly and accomadating and the continental breakfast was more than adequate with plenty of choice.

Good Points: How clean and comfortable it was, the attention to detail in the bathroom, the little message on the TV as I arrived, that was so nice, the location of the eating facilities. I had asked for a room to take a disabled person, the room was perfect and the location between the room and the lift was also excellent. I was so very very pleased that I had made the right choice and that my expectations were completely fulfilled.
Bad Points: There was nothing I disliked about my accommodation
Further Comments: I felt that everything was completely in order for my staff at the Holiday Inn. I was worried about taking my mother who is disabled to a hotel because previously we had been badly let down a few weeks ago with another hotel with the accommodation not being suitable for a disabled person. However, I had made one or two requests on booking online and these requests were met. Everything was so very very nice at the hotel that I would defintely come back to that hotel or stay at another Holiday Inn.

Good Points: Very clean, only Continental Breakfast available but plenty of it & very good.Evening Bar Available, but in the lobby. Pub next door.

Further Comments: This Hotel was very good indeed, although a little way from the centre of Town, about 2 miles, took me (6o years old) 40 minutes to walk, but regular busses were available from outside hotel.

Good Points: Room was pleasant, mattress good, very clean throughout, good shower
Bad Points: Pillows too flat even with two each! Also duvet was too heavy for time of year, sheet w/blanket would be better.
Further Comments: Accommodation was fine, check-in very easy, staff pleasant. Can't review breakfast as we didn't have any. An in-house cafe or restaurant would be good, food next door at the Hungry Horse was very poor.

Further Comments: Excellent accomodation for a short stay. Clean and functional with very friendly and efficient staff. Food and drink avalable at the Inn next door good and inexpensive. Only a few minutes drive from the city centre, recommended for the busines traveller.

Further Comments: located well for our visit to local boarding schools... room was warm which was very important as we live in dubai... spotless with adequate towels and spare pillows... bar available..

Bad Points: other guests allowing their children to run up and down hallways very early in the morning ie: from before 7am
Further Comments: there is not much else to add to this as no one could have told me about the children. And although this was annoying i still enjoyed my stay, a child free zone maybe something to think about.

Further Comments: The only reason I marked the hotel down in a few catergories was because I was given a smoking room. Since you can't gaurantee a non-smoking room, the sooner all rooms become non-smoking the better. If I had more time to find a hotel, I may have looked for a gauranted non smoking hotel.

Further Comments: I find our stay at your hotel very pleasante and i can recommend it to any one who would like to visit scotland for a short or longer period.
