| Further Comments: Clean,basic and tidy. Expense breakfast taking no notice that 300 yards away Sainsburys can do the same breakfast for half the cost.(Thus didn't try the breakfast). |

large clean room with excellent facilities |

Too noisy, next to entrance and disturbed by noisy people entering hotel, people standing smoking next to reception, cars parking next to rooms |
| Further Comments: Next time I shall request a room overlooking the canal, or an upper floor room away from the entrance. The overall stay was excellent, especially the restaurant food. |

The kettle didnt work, we asked for a replacement only to be told there wasnt one |
| Further Comments: We arrived at this hotel approx 12 noon, I knew that we couldnt book in before 3pm, this was a bit of a disappointment as we were attending the football and wouldnt arrive back till approx 8pm. I had to ask girl on reception if our room was actually there, just incase they let it go to someone else with us checking in so late. The room was cold, we put the heater on but this took hours to warm the room and we couldnt find any more bedding. I didnt want to bother reception again as i had already rang about the broken kettle. apart from that everything was perefect |
