Further Comments: Hotel was very good all round with helpful staff and very clean throughout A minor down point was the hotel car park it is not very big and gets busy due to the leisure facilities in the hotel had to wait half an hour for a space

Good Points: Very friendly staff,lovely room, excellent breakfast, convenient location for our weekend which included Man Utd game and shopping. Great facilities if you enjoy swimming etc,.
Bad Points: Room was a bit too warm even after the radiator was switched off, so opened window to cool off.
Further Comments: Had to wait 15 minutes for our room but then we were a bit early, so just had a nice relax and drink in the bar. We were pleased with the location even though we were using public transport as it took only 10 minutes to walk to the Metro. Got a weekend Metro ticket and went everywhere from the G Mex stop. The room was very nice, just a bit warm for 2 oldies, but we managed(excellent shower). We enjoyed the breakasts and the bar meals we had. Didn't try the restaurant meals. The pool looked great but we didn't have time to try it out.

Further Comments: Ideal location for the Opera House and town is also within walking distance (there is a free bus if you prefer). The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. We would stay there again.

Further Comments: Ideal location for the Opera House and town is also within walking distance (there is a free bus if you prefer). The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. We would stay there again.

Good Points: Room was obviously newly refurbished & was spotless. Bathroom was very clean & it's great to have a bath instead of just a shower. Location was excellent - close to MEN Arena & in a nice part of town.
Further Comments: Excellent value for money, friendly staff, spotless newly decorated room & great location. Would stay again in a flash & advise anyone else to stay here. Only one small point though - the hotel rooms are obviously being upgraded in stages & while we on the 2nd floor (room 201) our room was new & spotless, however I don't think the 1st floor has been upgraded yet..?

Further Comments: Staff were helpful, everything was very clean, but the furniture was dated, especially in the bedrooms, this stopped me from giving this hotel an excellent review. Also, the toilet seat needed fixing. I hope if I stay at this hotel again, you will have sorted out these particular problems.
