Good Points: very friendly and welcomeing felt relaxed almost like being at home
Bad Points: only there one night would really liked to have stayed longer

Good Points: Nothing much it was definitely the worst B&B we ever stayed in for this sort of money. The bar downstairs was ok
Bad Points: Very tiny shower room; toilet very noisy when flushed. Thin walls we could hear everything. Gone off milk in my morning coffee :o( Our view was 6 bins. The holet was supposed to be on the sea front and it definitely wasn't
Further Comments: It is not a very impressive B&B. It is more suitable for stag parties etc not for a romantic weekend

Bad Points: room was tiny.For the double room booked there was precious little space for myself. If there had been a second person we would have had to take turns of the room.
Further Comments: When asked when I would like breakfast(included in the price) I was informed that a 7 o'clock breakfastwas out of the question. No alternative or refund was offerred

Further Comments: The fact that I was staying there with my mum (age group 34 - 60)and both asleep after a long journey when at 10.30pm music started to blare out, this continued until I phoned reception at 12.30am it was then turned down, the room was dirty, there was no-one to greet us or help with our bags. I will not be using again or recommending to friends. I think this hotel is more sorted to single sex partys ie stag/hen weekends. It should have stated this on-line.
