| Good Points:
Clean, well organised small hotel. Proprietors extremely friendly and welcoming. Excellent breakfast! |

A little out of the way for the main Newquay beaches. Ensuite shower/ toilet a little cramped (but eveything worked!) |

| Further Comments: If you are lookign for somewhere to stay where you are guaranteed a clean, quiet room with staff always prepared to help you then book this place. I would heartily reccommend this hotel for anyone looking to visit Newquay, or as a base to further explore Cornwall. |

| Good Points: Very friendly couple who did everything to make our stay pleasant. |

| Further Comments: Although we were only staying one night we were made to feel as welcome as if we were there for a week/fortnights holiday. The room was very comfortable and clean. We would recommend the hotel to our friends and family and would definitely stay there again if the need arose. |
