| Good Points:
Room very clean with good facilities. Comfotable bed and good shower. |
| Further Comments: Enjoyed stay here. Food was good. Staff were very good with us and especially our 4yr old son who received gifts from check-in staff and waiter service. |

The lack of car parking at the actual hotel |
| Further Comments: Hotel is very good but the cost of parking overnight at the NCP car park too high, and I have never stayed at a hotel where you have to pay just to drop off your luggage and passengers. I think this needs to be addressed by the hotel company. |

Lack of dedicated hotel car park. Long walk from public car park to hotel entrance. |
| Further Comments: Lack of staff in restaurant, however the few that were working in the evening acted in an efficent and informative manner. Breakfast seemed to be totally chaotic with a number of empty food trays and one customer had to request that bread be made available in order to make toast. Online booking rate was the only saving grace. Had we been paying the rates shown in the hotel we would have been extremely upset. |

I, unfortunately vomited in the lobby on my way out, and the staff were so helpful. Please thanks them most sincerely, they really were great. |

staying with a friend as we were going to a concert locally and it was excellent to have a room with two double beds |

The tea and coffee making facilities appreciated. Towels big, clean and absorbent. Bed comfortable. |

The room looked a bit tired and in need of some TLC. Carpet stained and lavatory wall dirty. |
| Further Comments: The check-in efficient. On the whole the staff although young did try to please. Dinner excellent but breakfast disappointing. For the Continental breakfast there was only a white french type loaf available, no selection. There was ready sliced bread for toaster which didn't work properly and after putting the bread twice through the toaster and still ending up with non-toasted bread I gave up. |
