Good Points: Clean and functional room. Comfortable bed and nice shower.
Bad Points: Reception staff could be a little more cheerful and welcoming. Maybe there should be a bedspread to protect the bed and make it look finished.
Further Comments: Happy enough with the stay. We got what we paid for. Breakfast time seemed to be lacking a bit in something, but the food was fine. Bit untidy, slightly haphazard.

Good Points: Room was spacious,clean and generally the hotel and staff were good.
Bad Points: The smoking bed rooms are too stuffy. Just because they are smoking rooms dosent mean they have to smell. They could do with an open window policy between occupations
Further Comments: Hotel is a bit isolated and it is too costly to get to city centre. TV programmes could be more extensive and not just applicable to the bar area.

Good Points: very functional , comfortable , exactly what we wanted
Bad Points: better selection of escape numbers in car park !!!!
Further Comments: Although we spent most of our stay out of the Hotel we felt it was like a home from home , not intrusive but everything there if wanted , we would certainly use this hotel chain again .

Good Points: It had everything we needed, and it was clean and comfortable.
Bad Points: The breakfast was not as good as we expected - we thought there would be a joice of a cooked breakfast - bacon, eggs, etc
Further Comments: It was a great place to stay as it was located near the NEC, which was the main purpose of our visit. Overal we were very pleased with the hotel, although it was quite over priced for what we have had in the past.
