| Good Points: Very friendly and welcoming, the room suited our stay and accepted pets as we needed to bring our two dogs.Breakfast and service in the dining room was excellent and very accomodating . |
| Bad Points: the decoration could need a little attention as looking a little tired, and maybe some hard or cushion flooring would be a bit more practicle instead of carpet where pets are welcome. The cleanliness was adequate but some areas are in need of a little extra attention.(skirtings, shower door) |
| Further Comments: In general from booking our stay to when we departed, the service we recieved was very welcoming, helpful and friendly.Overall very good value for money, with an excellent breakfast each morning. |

| Good Points: quiet, nice room. Staff very friendly. lovely location. |
| Bad Points: cold tap was dripping and did not work properly. |
| Further Comments: The accommodation was extremely well priced and I shall certainly be using it again, but will book earlier so that I can have an en-suite. The staff were very friendly and communication by e-mail was very good. The guesthouse was quiet and I found it very relaxing. The tap does not repairing though, particularly as the room was not en-suite. Overall, I was very happy with the accommodation and would recommend it to anyone.

| Good Points: Local to Town Centre, good view of countryside from room. Excellent and friendly service. |
| Further Comments: Good location, excellent friendly service and very good value for money. I was happy with the information available when booking, even being aware that I was to stay in the Annex. Ideally located for the Town Centre where I spent all my time with friends.
I would certainly book again, if I found myself in the area again. |

| Good Points: Friendly and helpful people running the hotel. Flexibility on the breakfast menu was good. When husband was ill we were offered more tea and coffee facilities to keep us going as we were planning to stay in the room all day. |
| Bad Points: the edges of the room needed to be hoovered and the woodwork needed painting. General DIY needed to be finished fully. |
| Further Comments: We were made to feel very welcome and left to our own devices with no unnecessary interuptions. The ladies were very kind and were helpful about dirtections and places to visit. We were not unhappy about our room but the room did need to be finished, e.g. the wall being cut out to accommodate the wardrobe and the wall behind the toilet. For the price we paid we were genrally happy. The breakfast was of an excellent standard and made the price of the hotel very very good. |
