Good Points: Quiet, clean and comfortable
Bad Points: Rather small room and en suite but adequate
Further Comments: Very near NEC, ideal for overnight stay, friendly helpful staff. Good cooked breakfast. No complaints. Would use again or recommend to anyone needing an overnight stopover.Not ultra modern but overall good value for money and is soon to be refurbished.

Further Comments: Our overall impression of the hotel was very good. The staff were very accommodating and it made our visit a pleasure. The evening meal was very good as was the breakfast.

Good Points: The welcome was lovely. The room had everything you could need and the overall general ambience was excelent too.
Bad Points: It can not be helped but the smell of smoking in the bedroom (no 10 ) was overpowering. I am an ex smoker so it is not really a complaint but an observation!
Further Comments: We had a good stay albeit for one night only. The welcoming was warm and a nice touch was mince pies on our arrival. (we were there just before Chirstmas) The full English breakfast was excellant, hot and plenty of it. The sitting areas which included a lounge and a bar were cosy with a fire in the flounge - lovely as it was freezing weather.. Overall a good stay. We were visiting the NEC which was only a short taxi ride away.

Further Comments: The staff were so welcoming and friendly, it really was a lovely enjoyable stay. I felt very comfortable staying here. I wanted a hotel as close to the NEC as possible, and it really is close, as the hotel brochure stated. The evening meal and breakfast was cooked lovely. I dont remember the brochure stating that the rooms had a TV, but it was a nice bonus that the room did have a TV. The rooms had everything we needed.

Good Points: very friendly staff & hotel very clean
Bad Points: Room was very smalland basic, but I suppose this was reflected in the price- it was cheaply priced.
Further Comments: I think that I would have preferred to pay a little extra to get a bigger room & a big more luxury- but, I couldn't complain about it really-it was spotlessly clean & staff were lovely

Further Comments: A good location for the NEC and airport. Friendly staff and a good breakfast selection. Room was 'compact and bijou' and perfectly adequate. Clean and fully furnished, suitable to crash out for a couple of nights. I'd easily go back if I need to.

Further Comments: The evening meal menu was never on sight anywhere, although we could have asked,just a minor thing but could make people stay infor a meal?

Good Points: Located quite near to where I was attending a course. Very clean and welcoming. Excellent meals.
Bad Points: Nothing
Further Comments: A very pleasant stay even though it was only for 1 night. Very friendly. Excellent food both for evening meal and breakfast the next morning.

Good Points: We were made to feel very welcome by the owner
Bad Points: The room left something to be desired. Too small, no wardrobe,Wash basin and shower too small
Further Comments: Friendly owner and staff. Room needed a good makeover. Good food in restaurant . Lack of vegetarian food on menu was quickly rectified by owner whose wife cooked a special vegetarian dish for us.
