| Good Points: comfortable room and good service |
| Further Comments: access to transport availability from railway station to hotel. i.e. from Marston Green no taxi's or busses just a long walk. From Birmingham International plenty of taxi's (about equal distance). |

| Good Points: friendly staff ,everythink you would expect from a 2 star hotel |
| Bad Points: poor quality of evening food, very out of the way from local shops ect |
| Further Comments: a good well balanced package for the money ,would have been handy to know about any shops within walking distance and road noise |

| Good Points: The owner knew his hotel was not as he would like it but he made you very welcome and the food was very good with hearty portions |
| Bad Points: The only complaint would be that the hotel is a bit stayed and requires some modernisation, but the owner has this in hand |
| Further Comments: Good clean value for money accommodation |

| Good Points: Good parking, clean room, friendly staff |
| Further Comments: This is the first time I have booked a hotel online & didn't know what to expect. We were warmly greeted by a thoroughly nice chap who explained all we needed to know. We had a twin room with en-suite which was a little compact but well presented with tea & coffee making facility, TV, telephone etc. We didn't have a chance to sample the dinner menu but the full english went down a treat in the morning.
Friendly & helpful staff. Recommended. |

| Good Points: I liked it's location, easy to find once leaving the motorway.
And just down the road from the NEC. |
| Bad Points: General condition of room was poor and a lot of noise from other rooms.
the hotel generally was ok and very friendly staff but the food was very basic, breakfast was reasonoble. |
| Further Comments: Easy to find of the motorway and well located for the NEC. its not the ritz but it,s ok for an overnight if visiting the NEC, food is basic but ok. you get what you pay for. |

| Good Points: The bed was comfortable |
| Bad Points: The room was offered as a twin, with the option of extra beds if required. there is no way you could have fited an extra toothbruch in let alone another bed. Could hear everything going on in bedroom overhead. |
| Further Comments: I was glad of a bed for the night, but the cost was excessive for what was on offer. |

| Good Points: Raj, the propieter, was great! The breakfast was good and pretty quick. The showers were also small, but the water was hot. |
| Bad Points: The accomidation was small, we had to upgrade to larger rooms. The hotel also had a dunny smell... |
| Further Comments: We were attending an event at the NEC and wanted a budget. The hotel itself was OK for what we were looking for, but it is a residential area and there are no bars, restaurants or stores close by. The bus into B'ham was an hour long, but worth the trip. THe NEC was a little over a mile away, which was not too bad, with a bus stop near the hotel. |

| Good Points: All the staff were extremely friendly and breakfast was excellent. The rooms were very clean |
| Bad Points: The hotel is very shabby and in need of refurbishment, the rooms are very small and the bathroom is far too small for a person of average build so anybody slightly overweight would find it imposible to use |
| Further Comments: Overall our stay was Ok, however if the staff hadn't have been as friendly then we would have probably walked out as soon as we saw the rooms. They are far too small. However the hotel was clean and the food was very good and it was convenient for the NEC but it is in need of refurbishment. |
