| Further Comments: A very pleasant, friendly hotel. VERY convenient for the Marlowe Theatre, museums and shops. I highly recommend this hotel. |

we had to wait just a bit too long (5-10 min)until someone actually came to check us in.. very small fault.. but due to a 12 hour car journey it probably felt worse then it actually was. (there was an unusual smell, shall we say, in the one room which did not fade even with the windows open) |

Hotel was quaint, perfectly applicable for Canterbury. very comfortable bed but room was small. Bath only which I now can't get into. Would have liked a shower. Food excellent. Staff extremely friendly and helpful |
