Good Points: Convenience
Bad Points: For the price it was fine
Further Comments: Check-in was poorly handled with staff having conversations on other matters during the process. I have stayed here several times and overall it's OK for the purpose and a good price. Very convenient for the motorway and the Cinammon Indian restaurant!

Bad Points: The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept in. There were only three pillows on a double bed, and no spare ones in the room, and the pillows were flat and extremely hard.
Further Comments: The hotel generally appears to be in need of some refurbishment. The the bed was extremely uncomfortable. Would have preferred a duvet to a blanket which did not appear to be too clean along with the bed throw.

Further Comments: I thought the hotel offered excellent value for money. The staff were friendly and efficient. The hotel was clean, but the bar was a bit cold.

Good Points: The price Availablity of the pool and gym
Bad Points: Pool changing area was filthy. Double bed was not a double bed but 2 single mattresses not so cunningly disguised as a double bed.
Further Comments: Have stayed here a few times over the last few years and the facilities are getting more and more run down. Either the builder was drunk or whoever erected the 2 wall mirrors was. The refilling toilet cistern made enough noise to drown out the TV. Double bed was not a double bed but 2 single mattresses not so cunningly disguised as a double bed. I attended the pool at about 9am and had to call for service even thought the worker was in an office only a few feet away and must have heard we were there. He had to make a special journey out of the gym to get me a fresh towel and then he disappeared outside through the pool area in his trainers leaving the guest to work out the jacuzzi for himself. The mens pool changing floor was scattered with dirty towels and used ear cleaners. My wife fared little better in the gym where she had to ask for the air conditioning to be switched on. 10.30 check out is a little early for guests hoping to use the gym and pool. Price is this hotels only redeeming feature.
