Good Points: Just about everything.
Bad Points: More milk cartons on tea tray please is my only moan.
Further Comments: Extremely clean, well maintained accommodation with cheerful, helpful, smartly dressed staff. The food quality (even though we only stopped for breakfast) was excellent with named jams/marmalade etc., sausages that were not cut price and what certainly looked like free range eggs all expertly cooked. Also we were not hassled to leave our room at the dot of 11.00am on Sunday when we checked out.

Good Points: All facilities were high quality, the staff were all courteous and efficient. Th e one dinner I had was very good and breakfasts more than adequate.
Bad Points: Only the parking. There was ample space in the rear courtyard at the rear, but it would be improved if ther was access into the hotel from the car park. The walk from there round to the front entrance, carrying luggage would be inconvenient in bad weather.
Further Comments: All in all a satisfactory stay and reasonably priced. It was only 15 minutes drive to The Belfry where I was playing golf - the reason for my stay. Th eTV in my room broke down. I mentioned it to a mamber of staff before going in to dinner. When I went back to my room after dinner it had been replaced. Good service.

Good Points: The room was very nice, and the four poster was great, nice pleasnt dining room and a cosy bar, will stay again!

Further Comments: Very freindly owners, made to feel very wellcome, good parking at the rear of hotel.

Further Comments: Perfectly adequate for a one night stay but surprised at size of room - uncomfortable bed - am actually quite a warm person but was very glad of all covers and blankets as the room was quite cold - I'm usually the one opening the window!

Good Points: Warm friendly staff, and the rooms were beautifully individually decorated with your own co-ordinated teddy bear to cuddle up with!!!
Bad Points: Breakfast was only served between 7.30 and 8.30, I think this should be extended.

Further Comments: Verry good My Girlfriend is very house proud and stated that it was the cleanest small hotel she had been in.

Good Points: Clean, spacious room with character
Bad Points: Poor refreshment facilities in the room. No milk, insufficient tea bags. No biscuits.
Further Comments: I would have liked our room to have been nearer the entrance but it was ideal for us apart from that. Also it was quite a hike from the carpark to the front entrance with our bags. An entrance at the rear, if possible, would be an advantage.

Good Points: Great traditional breakfast, good parking, welcoming staff, homely.
Bad Points: Room was rather small, evening menu limited
Further Comments: Pleasant hotel with more character than chain hotels like Travellers Inn and Holiday Express.

Good Points: Quiet village with several good restaurants nearby. Good breakfast. Plenty of parking at rear.
Bad Points: Room was quite small. Restaurant prices seemed expensive.
Further Comments: Small hotel in a quiet village. In-house restaurant expensive but enough eateries nearby so no problem. Rooms nicely presented, although small, with a few individual touches. Good road links for nearby towns and motorways. Easy to find.
