Good Points: Convenience to Stonleigh Abbey where we attended a concert.
Bad Points: They could definitely improve on the breakfast service and training of staff serving
Further Comments: There was a limited amount of parking on a very busy night for the hotel, the rooms were very noisy with staff wheeling trolley etc. at 8.00 a.m. right under our window. Finally we had to queue for half an hour for breakfast and the service was very poor. For the cost of our stay I would have expected far better quality and service. The Hotel did recognise the problem with breakfast as many people complained and they deducted the cost of the breakfast from the bill.

Good Points: Very clean, pleasant and welcoming.
Bad Points: Not much, we had an excellent stay. I think a sauna would be a nice addition, as would a refresh of the steam room.
Further Comments: The staff were very friendly and accomodating for our needs. The health club was very nice but a sauna would be a nice addition. I would deffinately stay at this hotel again, and recommend it to friends.

Good Points: Cleanliness, amenities, overall appearance.
Bad Points: Improvements could be made in the prompt escourting of guests with heavy luggage to their room in the section of the hotel where there is no lift.
Further Comments: This property is very well maintained, clean, and a good value for the money. I would highly recommend it anyone.

Good Points: Staff where fantastic, the room was lovely and clean, it was a pleasyre and it was like home from home.
Bad Points: The evening meal was dissapointing both my partner and i had steak and it was below the standard of the hotel we where very dissapointed
Further Comments: The stay in the hotel was fantastic, you really couldn't ask for better service, all members of staff where fantastic and it was a pleasure, the grounds are perfect and we would both recomend the hotel to anybody who asked, the only improvement would be the food, it was over priced and a dissapointment, but however this did not put us off, we would both come again and we would like to thank you all for a lovely stay.
