Good Points: Thr staff were fist class and very helpful, overall a very nice experience and I would recommend to anyone
Bad Points: Only problem I found was the shower, it went from scolding hot to freezing cold without warning
Further Comments: Everything was straight forward and easy to book online, the reception staff were first class and helpful. All together it was a very easy and nice experience

Good Points: EXTREMELY SPACIOUS...WARM CLEAN QUIET
Further Comments: The room I had booked was not made up when I arrived--the receptionist immediately and without fuss upgraded me to a superior room...very good customer service

Good Points: Very clean and tidy staff extremely helpful
Bad Points: Rooms a little dated and in need of upgrading ie furniture tvs etc
Further Comments: Overall very clean and comfortable, the staff were very polite and extremely helpful. To compare it with other hotels ie travel lodge or premier travel inn it is a little dated the ambience could be improved a little more ie nice pictures more modern furniture up to date tv to give a little more choice on programmes. Also, menu for room service was offered but there were no details of what was available on the menu. I had to contact reception for that info although once i did the staff were excellent

Good Points: Nice big room with a nice view.
Bad Points: Wedding receoptions on the Saturday night was pretty loud but did stop at midnight. The location itself was quiet though.
Further Comments: The staff were very friendly and helpful with suggestions of the best way to get into Cardifff city centre by train, which turned out to be ￂﾣ1.90 return - top tip!

Further Comments: The hotel is excellent value for money for anyone attending an event at the Millennium Stadium Cardiff. It is 300 metres or so from Barry Station - which has trains direct to/from Cardiff Central next to the Stadium.

Good Points: Two things stood out. First of all each room was different, rather than every room being alike. Secondly, the atmosphere was fresh not that stuffy warm feeling that you quite often get in an hotel.
Further Comments: The staff were VERY welcoming. The hotel was very comfortable and it was a nice location. I would stay again.

Further Comments: the hotel was well run with kowledgable staff willing to help. The prices were very reasonable both for the stay and bar etc The quality of the food was excellent both for dinner and breakfast would have been of benefit to nknow about limited parking in advance for some visitors. Overall excellent stay

Good Points: Close to the Cardiff airport quiet and clean.
Further Comments: Close to the airport very nice clean and quiet room. I would stay again for sure and probably will as I travel out of the airport alot.

Bad Points: the room was awful, horrible musty smell when we entered, had to leave the window open whilst we went out. Bathroom was very small.
Further Comments: As there was only my husband and I and we did'nt intend to be in our room much as we had tickets for a show in Cardiff, we didn't complain. The window sills were filthy, and the bathroom was very small and when we showered it caused a leak in the room below. The shower head also had a crack which squirted water in the opposite direction. The musty smell was very off putting when we first entered the room. However, the staff were extremely polite and very helpful with train times etc. We would not however stay there again.

Good Points: staff friendly and helpful. room good size-non smoking. excellent food, especially from lounge bar.
Bad Points: bathroom in need of refurbishment.
Further Comments: even though we only stayed one night, we found the staff very helpful and considerate. the food and service excellent. the double room was a good size - the furnishing adequate. on the whole we enjoyed our stay, and would definately stay again, and have recommended the hotel to friends and family.
