| Good Points: Homey and friendly atomosphere |
| Bad Points: none! |
| Further Comments: Bruna was an excellent, knowledgable hostess. The hotel was a bit difficult to locate, but worth looking for! Our room was charming, with a view of the garden and back and comfortable. The breakfast room was light, plant filled and delightfully furnished. |

| Good Points: The couple running it were fantastic - very friendly, keen to help, and extremely welcoming |
| Bad Points: The showers really, really, really need upgraded! Both stays, they have been poor, YMCA standard. The hotel could be fantastic if there was some modernisation. Also having an iron and ironing board would help. The lady running the place kindly ironed my shirt on the table, but for a small expense, why not buy a few boards and let the guests do it? |
| Further Comments: The welcome, and persponality of the couple would bring me back here - tremendous people. the standard of room was really very basic and needs modernisation |

| Good Points: The friendlyness of the hostess and the homely feeling of the hotel. The parking at the back was very safe. The room and bathroom were excellent |
| Further Comments: The directions to the hotel was a bit confusing. Once we got there check in was very informal, it felt like we were visiting relatives or something. We went out for dinner and came back and had a nice night cap at the bar. The room had a big bathroom which was excellent. Breakfast the next morning was excellent and check out was also very informal. |

| Good Points: Friendly staff, very helpful. Would use place again. |
| Bad Points: larger showers |
| Further Comments: This was our first B and B experience, so we did not know what really to expect. I must say our host and facility were excellent, except for the small showers in our rooms. Maybe the ones for public use were larger. I would have preferred them if they were larger even if it meant sharing with strangers.
Excellent staff. Friendly and helpful. Treated us like family.
Will definitely try the B and B situation again. |

| Good Points: The owner was a very nice person & she is what make our stay interesting. She was warm, friendly & easy to visit with. The room that breakfast is served in is warm & attractive. The breakfast was very good. |
| Bad Points: Our room had an odor. No hot water & when we did get hot water it was too hot to shower. We could not adjust it once it was hot,so we both had a cold shower. The bed could use a bed skirt, it is unattractive to just have a small spread on the bed & you see the box spring mattress. The carpets are old & unclean. In general the place was run down & in need of some tender loving care. You had to figure out how to get to the lobby as there were no signs showing you & they didn't tell us how to find it. You park in the back, which is fine. You go to your room from the back, which is fine, but you never see the lobby & it is in a completely different direction from where you come into the hotel. |
| Further Comments: That the room was located on the second floor & at the back of the building & there are no elevators.
There was no telephone in the room.
I would have liked to have been given a map over the computer as to where to park after we found the hotel. It would have been less stressful than to find a parking spot along the busy road & run back to the hotel to ask where to park. |

| Further Comments: The room was really clean and tidy and the four poster bed was a bonus, shower was hot and clean. The breakfast was fulfilling and the landlady was more than accommodating, helping us park our dirty cycled in a secure position. |

| Good Points: Very comfortable bed. Made to feel very welcome by the hosts. Quiet and restful couple of days. Convenient for local ameneties. |
| Bad Points: Rather too greasy a cooked breakfast including overdone eggs. Time for the rooms to be professionally decorated - the furniture was fine and there was plenty of wardrobe space. The shower was difficult to enjoy as the head had to be held or it fell off under pressure. |
| Further Comments: Very little to add. The hotel is an old building much in need of redecoration and refurbishment. If the accommodation was as fresh and friendly as the hosts then it would have been excellent. |

| Good Points: Comfortable and well situated for a visit to either Warwick or the surrounding area. |
| Further Comments: Mrs Bruna was the most welcomming of proprietors, and we felt as if we had known her for years after our brief stay.
The accomodation was comfortable and the breakfast was superbly cooked.
If you are vising Warwick, only a ten minute walk into the centre; or very easy access to the rest of the county by car, or by public transport. |
