Good Points: near to the warwick town centre , modern room
Bad Points: room was a bit cold, and you could hear the sound from the motor way, a couple of the lights didnt work.

Further Comments: Never having stayed at a Holiday Inn Express hotel before, my partner and I were very impresssed with the overall standards therein. The staff in particular were extremely helpful and courteous. Thank you.

Bad Points: Bedding was stained !!!! Which I only realised when it was time to get my young son to bed , too late to do anything about it.

Good Points: Convienient to Warwick & M40 - easy to find Friendly staff
Bad Points: Road noise from M40 Had to open my own bottle of wine as person at the bar couldn't operate a bottle opener! Bed & Breakfast - expected more than toast & croissant Reception staff over charged us by ﾣ10, then struggled to rectify the mistake
Further Comments: We would of liked to know what sort of breakfast was being offered for the price - dissappointed at the lack of hot options

Bad Points: Breakfast on Sunday morning was very crowded. Tables too small (had to use the ones in the bar area)Should be non-smoking - or if it already is, then the ashtrays had not been cleared from the previous night- there were three on our table
Further Comments: Having stayed in Holiday Inns before, I would say the advantage is that you know exactly what to expect. The room was on the small side compared to other similar hotels. This is a perfectly good hotel for a brief stopover, but perhaps not for a longer stay.

Further Comments: The Hotel is on a good location ,good surroundings , ample parking relatively modern , with clean comfortable rooms with nice decore and very well lit.During my stay all my needs were fulfilled.

Good Points: The Hotel has a pleasant easy to find location, with a cheery atmosphere and good standard of cleanliness.
Bad Points: Although the breakfast choice was adequate and plentiful, the Sunday morning was a bit chaotic with a shortage of crockery and cutlery at times.
Further Comments: In general we found our stay to be good value for money in a pleasant location. We found we had inadvertantly managed to book a twin room instead of a double, whether this was a misleading description in the booking process I do not know, however as we have been married for 38 years it was not exactly a problem. However I would suggest you check the room description carefully. The adjacent family style pub was handy for an evening meal after a tiring day and popular with families, not everyones cup of tea but being grand parents and used to chaotic environments it suited us.

Bad Points: Turn down the heating in the hotel, much too hot
Further Comments: A well located, clean efficiently run hotel. Rooms are not over generous in size but comfortable however there is some road noise if the windows are opened. This is likely as the place is very warm! Look out for the special deals available which make it good value for money
