Good Points: room was fine
Bad Points: Not much to do, not much facilities, staff could be more professional, wireless internet did not work
Further Comments: I liked to have known that the hotel did not offer much facilities, like a gym, sauna, nice bar/restaurant etc.

Good Points: Very clean well presented room.
Further Comments: Having stayed at lots of travel lodges etc over the years this one was one of the best. Staff extremely helpful. One point of note would be to provide crispbread for breakfast instead of bread etc for those of us that are on diets.

Good Points: Clean, modern,well furnished
Further Comments: The hotel was very close to motorway (M40) junction and ideally located for both Warwick & Stratford. Room and public areas were clean, modern and all non smoking. Quiet location,staff polite & helpful. Buffet breakfast good value.

Good Points: room was clean and spacious and the most comfortable bed i have slept in at a hotel
Bad Points: air conditioning unit a bit temperamental.
Further Comments: I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE KNOWN THAT NO MEALS WERE AVAILABLE FOR THE EVENING AND THEIR WAS NO COOKED BREAKFAST ONLY COLD BUFFET. ALSO I FOUND THE DRINKS EXPENSIVE ￂﾣ8 JUST FOR 2 DRINKS.

Bad Points: THE LIFT WAS VERY SLOW AND ALWAY BUSY WITH CHILDREN PLAYING IN IT
Further Comments: I THINK THE BREAKFAST WAS POOR AS I CANNOT EAT CORBOHYDRATES I COULD ONLY HAVE ORANGE AND TEA AND A PIECE OF CHEESE

Good Points: The open plan layout of this hotel is appealing, the decor is bright and clean. Car parking was available and free. Restaurant next to the hotel, snacks and drinks readily available.
Further Comments: Your establishment was clean, bright and appealing, the staff were efficient and friendly and our room was comfortable (the bed was a bit soft for my liking.) Breakfast - food and layout was extremely good. The hotel was easily accesible from the major roads. Overall an extremely enjoyable stay and I will certainly recommend your hotels to other people that I know.

Good Points: The modern decor in the room
Bad Points: The continental breakfast, would have been nice to have had the option for a cooked breakfast.
Further Comments: Would have liked to have known in advance that it was a continental breakfast!

Good Points: clean hotel friendly staff who were most accomadating
Bad Points: not much only problem with check in was i had booked for the night before so's that i could check in early in the morning this was quereied but resolved
Further Comments: the only thing i would suggest is a hot breakfast everything else was grand

Good Points: very clean and pleasant.
Bad Points: near the M40 motorway hence the window needed to be shut. To close the window was NOT a straightforward procedure, the instructions needed to be more visible.
Further Comments: It was a convenient place to stay for the event I attended at Gaydon and selected on the web.

Good Points: the room and hotel has a high cleanliness standard throughout,
Bad Points: insuffecent tea facility for one person for overnite stop never mind two people ?We felt that only one person was dealing with the breakfast bar and back kitchen work hence wait for tray and then cutlery these were our only fault with hotel oterwise perfect thanks.
Further Comments: lack of tea faciltys ment we only had 1 drink in room ,short staff ment poor service at breakfast and a wait for utensiles etc however we would give this 8/10 almost perfect.thanks .

Further Comments: I had some unusual problems during my stay at this hotel. However, the staff helped resolve the problem in a very professional and fair way.

Good Points: clean tidy room
Bad Points: internet access costly. I already subscribe and would like to be able to access without paying. The room I stayed in was opposite the M5 and noisy all night!
Further Comments: The staff were excellent however I was not given a choice of quiet or noisy room.
